Awesome product. Fast delivery!!! My bed was exactly as seen in the pictures. Easily to assemble! I will be getting another one for the spare room. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Really great bed, setup was a little confusing at first and didn't come with instructions, but a bit of perseverance and you'll get it setup in no time. Great design, looks good and functions really well. Really happy with this product.

Good service. Happy with product. However I hate using courier serviice tbecause they never prearrange a date & time - they obviously think everyone just sits all day at home and don’t work! As I work 5 days a week, goods arrive when I’m not home and no ability to prearrange someone else to be there for me. Then I have to make other arrangements to collect goods from depot.

Beautiful bed but check to make sure you have all the bits. Don’t waste time going through the packaging looking for instructions as there are none. You will find them on the internet, very annoying.
It is nearly 5 hours of my life that I won’t get back, putting it together! I must say my language was explosively colourful.
The gas lift parts did not work and it did take time to get them replaced. However, it’s a lovely bed.

The original bedhead I ordered was delayed significantly and I had no contact from Tommy Swiss to let me know. I had to chase several times. In the end they offered to send me an alternative bedhead which was in stock. This arrived promptly. The item is fantastic and a great price. Their customer service is lacking however otherwise I would have given them 5 stars
