Great customer service! I ordered a shirt that fit was too small and company sent larger size at no charge.

I bought one of these polo shirts in white size L
It’s lovely quality breathable material, hubby wears it for golf and he says it’s comfortable.
Very good price good quality and washed lovely no ironing

Buyer Beware
I tried to cancel my order within 1 day of purchase, but they said it was too late because "it was in production."
I assume they were literally sewing the shirts on demand—horrible customer service.
The order arrived 3 weeks later.
Two shirts were supposed to be XL, but only one was; the other shirt must've been a boy's small.
Ridiculous.
Their website design is great, which sucks you into thinking the shirts would be of good quality.
Don't fall for it.

The WORST! I placed an order mid July which was supposed to be a birthday present end of July. Beginning of August came and they had still mot even packed Mt items! No one from the team got in touch with me and when I contacted and contacted eventually someone got back to say there was a problem with my address, which isn't the case as I shared the exact same address with their tram again. Fast forward another two weeks and there was still no update or anything! The gift never arrived, and I've had to request a refund d which I am still waiting for.

The consumption process is terrible, they just deal with things negatively, everything is said. After review, a replacement was proposed to your superior; however, due to the extended waiting time, you chose to return the item for a refund. Please note that buying because you may never receive the goods is a waste of your time. It is a waste of your time like a wolf disguised as a sheep.

Caught them out, they are buying from TEMU and selling them triple the price, check out TEMU, I have had much better service from them. Other scammers doing the same, do not purchase from Facebook if your see the add or any other scamming company!

I placed an order for three shirts about two months ago. All three size large which is common for me. Somehow, the cart had also duplicated this and put the same three shirts in it in Small.

When I received the shirts (finally), the larges were very tight and did not fit at all. I emails Tom Ralph asking for a return authroization and after a few days received a note that not only would they only take them back if I paid the freight to their warehouse and a $4.00 /shirt "warehouse charge" I had to pay for even the shirts ordered by mistake. I went ahead and returned all six shirts and after a few more weeks, received 3 XL shirts which should swallow me. They don't. They are still very tight and more importantly do not breathe at all. In the Texas summer they are very hot and uncomfortable.

I don't recommend this company at all and their customer service guy is horrible at his job.

I waited to make this review until all the return money had gotten back into my bank account.

I bought a couple of Tom Ralph shirts and they fit perfectly. Nice rich colors. I love the material they are made of. I will be shopping there again soon.

My original order did not fit me correctly. I expected a nightmare but to my surprise, the exchange or refined process was honest and a joy to experience. The clothes are very very nice.

Saw an instagram ad and Ordered 3 large shirts. Received 3 small shirts over 1 month later.
Their customer service can only be reached by email and believe it or not- they won’t ever respond. I’ve emailed 3 times. This company is a scam. Stay away.

Their sizes are wrong, when you request a refund they do a shuck an dive to get you to keep the shirt. Then when you push them enough they wants pics of the shirt. They also make you fill out forms and if you do something wrong or forget 1 step they don’t issue refund. PLEASE NOTE you have to pay for shipping. I am disputing on my CC.

WARNING... Do not do business with this company. I received rancid smelling shirts that were also too small. They will not pay for the return shipping, so, the costs are on you – even though the product is tainted. Buyer beware!

Stay away the worst company ever, shirts run at least 3 sizes small, they take for ever to ship and when you get them costumer support is no existent they will email you and lie to you about what they will do and then never do it. They are no trying to convince me that I have received my replacements on the date that I received my original!! Stay Away Liz is a LIAR AND A FRAUD!!!

Their sizes are all off and when you request a refund they offer you 50% off and if you want to get refund because the sizes are off they make you jump thru hoops with several instructions including taking pictures in order to get refund.

Good customer service. The order did take a long time to receive but customer service was good to respond to my questions. Polo does run a bit on the small side but husband is happy with it.

Ordered 2 polos that took forever to ship and they were too small. Customer service was great, though, and they sent me a size larger for free and without having to return the previous order. Shirts feel great but they are too long to be honest. I like to wear untucked…guess I will have to take to a tailor.

Do not buy from this company. They replaced my return with exactly the same size as previously delivered. When requested that they send the size I ordered they said they have been delivered. They haven't so I lose £55

After waiting for several weeks to receive my order, it finally showed up with sizing being smaller than anticipated. I reached out to customer service and they suggested I take pictures of the shirts and send to them as proof that the shirts were produced smaller than normal.
They agreed to replace the shirts only to find out that after several weeks of waiting for the replacements to show up, they finally ended up being LARGER than the size requested.
Unfortunately, I cannot give this company a good review.

When compared to several other large sized shirts in my closet it was clear that these were undersized. Order XL if you normally wear a L. While they did request a bit of info -Measurements and photos of shirts - they ultimately sent me two replacement shirts at no cost and I was able to keep my original shirts. Customer communication throughout was great. Liz did an excellent job of responding promptly to my inquiries.
