Do not use this company

Do not use this company, sent the items which had been sized wrong, promised for weeks to send replacements, same story every time, and I have to pay to return the wrong sized shirts , I can see me never getting my money back, do not use and avoid at all cost, worst company ever , what a waste of £50. Avoid avoid avoid……

Thank you to Dee at Tomralph

Thank you to Dee at Tomralph, who gave us a fantastic service and was very transparent with us through out our experience. The only reason why I didn’t give full 5 stars is due to the length of time of delivery, but there is always room for improvement. But overall it was superb experience and the shirts were highly appreciated. He absolutely loves them and they fitted perfectly 👍🏼👌🏽. So thank you 🙏🏼

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. Company did not request signature and stole my money without providing a product, as item shows "Delivered". Customer service ignored me for weeks as well. Do not purchase.

Excellent company experience

Excellent company experience! Their customer service was absolutely amazing!! I mistakenly ordered the wrong size shirts and without issue or question Rheb replaced my shirts with the correct size!!!! THANK YOU!!!!

Horrible experience

If I could, I would give no stars! I ordered three shirts for my husband, and it took almost a month to receive them. Then they were too small, Then it took over a month for someone to respond to me. They wanted me to ship the shirts back and pay storage fee and some other ridiculous fee. I complained about that and then they said they would send us new shirts. It took over a month to get the new shirts and lo and behold. They are too long! They can’t get it right no matter what they do. They already have my money, my husband‘s going to keep the shirts and wear them as every day shirts.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, SHOULD ANYBODY BUY THESE SHIRTS! THEY DON’T FIT, THE CUSTOMERSERVICE IS A ABHORRENT, AND IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Polos run small

Ordered polos for my husband, they ran small. I contacted customer service, hoping to exchange it for a larger size. Their responses were prompt and polite, and they ended up sending me the size up for no charge without even having to return the original. Polos look great

Quality polo at great price

I contacted customer services as it seemed to take a while to get package to me.
They responded rapidly and not long after I received the items I ordered
The polo shirts I got for my husband are beautiful quality and wash really well
Very pleased with the item

Absolutely appalling company to use

Absolutely appalling company to use.
Wrong shirt sent by the company to me, so contacted customer services to find out how to return and receive a replacement.
Message has been acknowledged but no progress in 3 weeks. When I chase I get the same person telling me they have passed on and are awaiting advice.

Customer Service stepped up -- I am a happy client

The shirts are good quality and know that they run slightly smaller than normal. My size large shirts were super tight. However - my experience with customer service was great. After a couple of emails back and forth, they are replacing my shirts. Looking forward to wearing them. All's well that ends well...

Great customer service, sent free replacement

I ordered a M shirt but when it arrived, it didn't quite fit. (Too small) I contacted support, hoping to exchange it for a larger size. Their responses were prompt and polite, and they ended up sending me the size up for no charge (without even having to return the original.) The replacement fits and looks great.

If I could no stars I would . This company are disgrace, I placed an order back in May 2024 , it's now July nothing has arrived so I contacted customer service which is a joke by the way , all they do is send emails saying the same thing with no intention of dealing with your complaint shame on you Liz ,they said my order had been delivered but when I asked for proof they sent me a picture of my front door from 6ft away with no parcel present and insist that this is proof of delivery , they have taken my money but I've not received my order so they have stolen my money , customer service is not fit for purpose just keep sending the same email back , do not buy from this terrible company .

They do not supply a customer service phone number so I have no other way to get in touch with them. Hopefully someone from that company is reading this and can reach out and help me. At least answer your emails. These products are from China. That’s why it takes so long to get here regardless of what they tell you on the website. Buyer beware!

I am very happy with my purchase

I am very happy with my purchase. The material of the shirt is excellent quality and fits me perfectly. I am very satisfied with the product. My original purchase had a flaw in the material, when I brought it to their attention, they promptly replaced it with a brand new one. Thanks again for the excellent customer service.
