Speedy delivery was great. I can't say much about what I bought at present as it was a Christmas present so I've not opened up the box.

Not only did items arrive very quickly, they were very carefully packed so that there was no damage at all to plants.

Prompt and helpful communications. Plants arrived in good condition and well packaged to survive the Royal Mail postal service. Good accompanying literature for plant care arrived with package

Plant looks great, delivery was much faster than I expected! I ordered weeks in advance to give it time to arrive. Will make a great Christmas gift for my sister who collects plants

It was all fine, except that I couldn't understand why I was sent a plant care guide with a different company's name, address and logo on it. It left me unsure about the identity of the company from which I had made my purchase.

A sad little plant, more leaves were broken off than still attached when I received my parcel and opened it it appeared to have been violently shaken. I was not sure what was the right way up when I unpacked it as it just appeared to be a tube of mud. I had to take a paintbrush to uncover the plant in the end and it still has 4 or so leaves attached so I will try and save it

Tom had been really helpful as the first plant sent out was not delivered by the courier (I live in a flat so you have to type the flat number to ring the doorbell, which seems to be beyond most couriers except the lovely postman), but the plant could have been packed a little better and parcel could have been marked with a way up or to say it is fragile which may have prevented this.
I don't regret buying from a small company but I was disappointed with what I received.

Plants were well packaged delivered quickly and provided excellent information on care and why they weren’t currently looking their best (dormant for winter)

I usually don't go out of my way to write reviews, but I had an amazing experience as a buyer! The plants arrived extremely quickly (so much so that I was kind of amazed) and they were packaged safely arriving in perfect condition. Considering the time of year, the plants themselves were also in great shape. Each of them also came with care/info sheets. Thank you for a wonderful buying experience!! Highly recommend! :)

Packaging was excellent. Delivery was very speedy. Plant itself looks excellent for the time of year. specialised compost looks excellent pricing is reasonable for quality products.

Plants packaged in a novel and very clever way to prevent any damage or soil getting on the leaves. Care guides also included.
The only confusing thing was the plants coming from a different company stock-South West Carnivorous Plants. Must be a partnership. Healthy plants and very happy customer.

very happy with my first ever purchase of carnivorous plants. they arrived in excellent condition and very securely packaged. hopefully i don't kill them off when i take them indoors for the winter.

Well packaged, despatched promptly. Actual plants are a bit smaller than I was expecting for the price, but they look healthy.
