The only people offering a D02ASB001 were TonerPoint24. They had a terrible rating on Trustpilot, but I had no other choice. I ordered the unit and 14 days later (7 days' delay was due to GLS) it arrived.

Place order 12-Jan-2020 for spare part a paper feed guide for MFP M476nw, with TonerPoint24, but no feedback from TonerPoint, have sent 2 E-mails (one every week) and 2 times on their webpage without reply, called the phone support center, they promised to send next week. Now got information from Paypal that the money EUR 48,45 will be returned to my account, after waiting 3 weeks, still can't see any refund 01-Feb-2020, so it really unfortunate situation, have to start over again with another shop. ref.
