Won small, wait big

I only tried to cash out 40, just to see how it works here. They took the full “up to 48 hours” to approve it, then another day before it hit my bank. For such a small amount that’s overkill. I can imagine how long bigger withdrawals take, no thanks.

Could’ve been okay

Signed up because of some welcome spins, but the wagering stuff is written like a puzzle. Thought I was done, turns out I had to bet more and ended up losing everything I started with. Just tiring.

Barely any jackpots

If you like progressive jackpots, look elsewhere. They only have a few, and most are small local ones, not the big network jackpots you see advertised on other sites. Feels like they cut out the most exciting part of slots.

Confusing VIP emails

Got an email saying I was “pre-selected” for VIP with special perks. When I asked chat, they had no idea and told me I didn’t qualify yet. Then another email came with different info. It’s like the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing.

Confusing partial withdrawals

I tried to withdraw only part of my balance and keep some to play. After that, my bonus got removed and the remaining balance changed in a way I still don’t understand. Support explanation was just copy-paste from terms. Very unfriendly system.

Overcomplicated cashier

The cashier page is a maze. Deposit, withdraw, bonuses, all in separate tabs that don’t clearly show your real available balance. I almost thought I had more money than I did because of the way they display bonus funds together. Not intuitive at all.

Feels kind of rigged

I know they’ll say RNG and licenses and whatever, but the pattern of my spins felt terrible. Any time I raised the bet slightly it went dead for a long stretch, then tiny wins when I lowered it. Maybe just bad luck, but I don’t get that feeling on other sites as much.

VIP is meaningless

They say there is a VIP program but I played a decent amount over a month and nothing really happened. No manager, no special offers, just occasional generic email. Feels like they use the word VIP just to sound fancy, but there’s no substance behind it.

Wagering trap for newbies

I’m new to online casinos and didn’t really get what “x35 wagering” meant. I assumed it was on the bonus only. After I lost most of it and tried to withdraw the rest, they told me I hadn’t completed wagering on the entire deposit+bonus amount. Honest or not, it feels like a setup for people who don’t read the fine print.

Too many locked games

From my country, half the advertised games are “not available in your region”. It’s super frustrating to click on something that looks fun and just get that message. They should filter the lobby so we only see what we can actually play.

Not impressed at all

My friend told me about this place so I gave it a shot, small deposit just for fun. Slots look outdated, same sounds over and over, and the wins were like 0.10 on 0.40 spins. After half an hour I was just annoyed by the repetition.
