Irresponsible

The Pizza was good, the store was irresponsible.
I bought 16 pizzas from their website. I asked for delivery and paid 86 dkk for delivery.
The time to receive passed and I call them. They said you should come and take it.
I went there and the guy said it’s not our responsibility to deliver. It’s wolt. (I bought from their website, and I wolt should have relieved to me). The attitude was like I owed them an apology.
They didn’t call me or tell me they don’t deliver it. It was totally irresponsible and unacceptable to take money for delivery and have that ridiculous attitude.
What should I say? 😕
