Total waste of time.
Ordered a number of tools that were supposedly in stock on the 20th May, had to do a chargeback from Visa as no reply to emails or telephone calls, the negative reviews are all fully justified.
Quickly found 3 companies trading from this address, another selling tools also and a boiler servicing and repair company, best of luck if they're the same people.

Absolutely terrible. The communication is non-existent, phone calls don’t get answered, When you do get a email back from them they blame the courier and when you get your stuff its not what they had advertised, then you have the same rigmarole trying to get it back to them. Avoid like the plague, there are plenty good places out there, do not waste your time with this cowboy outfit!

TERRIBLE company. I ordered a product weeks ago with no update on delivery. They dont answer the phone so no refund. I will be involving Trading Standards

very bad company. although I ordered pressure washer as coronavirus closed them down at the end of march they said they would dispatch as soon as they reopened. That was the 14th April by the 27th May and 5 e-mails later no goods. during this time they had the item for sale on ebay at over twice the original price.In my sixth e-mail I told them I would go to my card provider so got my refund after that.

Bought four TIMco ARBM200 Arris Rail Mortice Brackets to see if they would fit my posts. Needed a little easy modification but do the job well. Good firm fix into the post and plenty of length to fix the rail.

...the products i ordered were of a quality which gave me confidence that they were fit for purpose..not always the case these days..i had forgotten to add an item ..phoned up and paid..job done ...everything came in the same package so no extra p&p..great service..i will use this company again...i have seen identical products for sale elsewhere at much greater cost than what I paid... even adding in p&p.

Mostly very good. Fair prices, fast delivery. Only disappointment was the suspiciously cheap floor squeegee - looked like a passable GCSE Design Technology project, left black streaks on my bathroom floor. I would be embarrassed to sell that item if I were them.

I still haven’t received my order and I have sent two emails asking about it. All I receive back is a review email.
