I placed an order on 24 September 2017 its now nearly a YEAR ago I rung up a week and a half after ordering to ask when it would be delivered for them to say it's NOT IN STOCK and they didn't know when it would come in. I asked for a refund which never has been placed into my account. I've called on serval occasions to be told to send and email and someone will reply and get it sorted. Still waiting... Nearly a year on and I'll send another email. Absolutely USELESS

The absolute definition of "thieves"
Back in October I ordered several items that they showed were in stock on their website, waited a few weeks to be told they weren't in stock and they didn't know when they would be!! I cancelled the order and got a credit memo for £39.30. I contacted them last month to order a couple of tool boxes and use the credit, to be told they don't give credit memo's and they had put it back on my card. I checked and they hadn't!! I told them this and their reply was, between October and my new order, they had been "taken over" and it was nothing to do with them, even though it was still Tool And Fix and I was talking to the same salesman!!! Awful company. Do not trust them!
