Always slow and late delivery
Always slow and late delivery, generally not all there. 3 months late once. Often advertising things as "in stock" when they're not. Staff on the phone are well practiced in remaining calm with angry customers though. Not sure that's a good thing but i'm sure it helps them get through the day. Can't really believe they're asking for peoples opinions on their experience.

Tool and fix was professional
Tool and fix was professional. Delivered cutlass on time and it was well packaged.
The cutlass needed to be sharpened and after sharpening it was still blunt.
I guess I have to keep at it.

Scrap homebase get down to tool and fix
Looked everywhere for lamp oil, and no where did a good enough deal! Found Tool and Fix and they had a good price for Lamp oil, service was quick and postage was fast... will definitely shop here again and I hope many others will, scrap home based go to tool and fix.
