Great 👍 cheap phone calls

Followed everything. Registered, listed email, and then I added $10.00 thinking it was going to be decent. Well, folks, it is AWFUL.
They list Jamaica as a country they call; however, upon calling my caretaker, as "number" with an area code through NY was assigned. WTH??
I was cut off, Called my neighbor. I was cut off. I started and rebooted both laptop and phone. No luck
SOOOOOO - - - -avoid avoid. They have NO customer service other than an email. Gee, I don't walk around able to pull up my email at a moments notice.
Very disgusted. It is just as bad as Google V where 3 of us spent 1 hour each looking on how to add credit. No luck.
I can not vote for this company. RUN.

You are supposed to charge less than 10 cents a minute to Spain (mobile), bit in really you charge way more. I already unistalled your app. Thank you.

The service is excellent - works really well. Quite straightforward and on the whole good value for money.

Great service

I wrote a review a few weeks ago in absolute desperation. Following that review the company contacted me and said they would sort the problem out. It did not. I sent them photo evidence from my iphone of successive failures to connect. I now have an even bigger pile of evidence that the service simply does not work and is not fit for purpose. My conclusion is if you subscribe you will be wasting your money in sheer frustration..

I did sent an request to ask why my card cannot connect to Hong Kong calls on 25.3.2022, no one contact me even at the time of writing. I have checked all the details to be correct as I did use the call card to make calls before. I still have the credit in my card.

Quite often service is unavailable. When I tried to make a call on mobile number the person could not hear me.

Fake scam doesn’t work just want to take your money don’t use beware scammers at work

I used the app to call abroad. Previously I paid 30 euros for these calls to Australia and this time nothing, I wish I had heard of this app sooner. This is a sincere review and I love that app for saving me that money! Call went through very well and I could hear the other person well throughout that long call!

Generally happy with the card .... my only complaint is that there is usually a bit if a time delay ... so we can speak over the top of one another when I call Canada.... otherwise fine.
