Great Tool Supplier!

I needed to top up / refresh my tool collection and having purchased Bergen products previously I know they are good quality.

Tools 2u Direct were able to fulfill most of my needs tool wise. I ordered all US pro tools which are a Bergen line and I was very happy with tool quality, they way the tools were packed and the speed of the delivery.

My only qualm is that when I rang Tools 2U Direct up to see if they could offer me a discount as I had over 40 items on my order worth over £500, they said they couldn't do anything. On the plus side though - the kind lady I spoke to did give me the heads up that their products are 5% cheaper when purchased through their website instead of purchasing on ebay.

First class customer service.

Puller arrived and the nuts were a different thread to the bolt, (sealed box so not the sellers fault).
Everything sorted quickly and painlessly. Good customer service.
Makes a refreshing change, will now be my first stop when buying my next tool.

I ordered a 1/2" drive extension set, I am impressed by the speed of delivery and the tools themselves, look nice quality, well presented and I am very happy with them
