Items all arrived next day and we purchased the excel tool set the tools themselves are brilliant for the quality. We had a slight issue with removing one of the battery packs customer service were quick and organised a return, then returned item quickly back to us. Never heard of this shop before was initially skeptical but reviews online were good so chanced it with my recently ordered track saw, a bundle with exactly what I needed was the best price I could find on the internet, ordered on Friday expecting to receive the item the following week maybe on Tuesday. Sunday morning I get a courier notification and received my purchase, a lot quicker than advertised.
Will use again.

Bought a wiha system 6 from tools 4 trade received item today great item unfotunately it was delivered by a useless company called DPD who delivered it to the wrong address, after chasing around houses i finally got it about 1 hour after delivery,complained to DPD an utter waste of my time,so tools for trade why does your company not complain to dpd on my behalf,i always got my tools from your hanwell branch and was always good,as the hanwell branch is not there anymorei dont think i will be purchasing anymore online as i do not trust DPD

Excellent service! As a home DIYer I was looking for some power tools. I came across Tools4Trade via a search on the internet. Bought my items and the delivery was super quick. Very well packaged aswell. Will definitely use again and recommend to anyone. Top marks! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

SELLING NON-EXISTENT STOCK!!!!!

24/10/25 at 09:30 I ordered a Metabo drill and batteries on line after speaking with an operative of Tools4Trade. This all went fine and I was told I should have my items by Monday 27/10/25. By 4pm on 24/10, had not been dispatched. When I called, I was told the drill I ordered was out of stock.
I was not given any other possible solutions.
I called again, on 25/10/25 to try and swap the out of stock drill for a drill they had in stock. So looked on Tools4Trade website and found a suitable replacement and called Tools4Trade. Only to be told the drill that was listed as in stock on their website was not in stock. The telephone operative confirmed this was exactly what happened yesterday.
I wish I had read the reviews on Facebook about this company as they are nearly all bad.
I now in the process of reporting Tools4Trade to Trading standards, as it would appear they are practicing illegally.

PLEASE STAY AWAY.

Rapid delivery & the odd rip their face off bargain I find on their site always arrives well packaged.

I despise loyalty programs as a rule but I've built up loads of points with these guys because they're occasionally very competitive on price.
It's always a fast & drama free transaction.
