These folks have been a nightmare regarding payments. We did order the wrong update card for our tablet - that is on us. However, once we figured it out we then called them. They said we must order a new card and they would give us credit for the wrong one as soon as they received it back. Well they received it back 7 weeks ago and they did not refund me as they claimed they would. I called and spoke to Jane earlier this month and she found the charges and said she would credit me. 2 weeks later surprise no credit. We called and spoke to Allison today and although she can see all of Jane's notes she says we have to send her copies of our credit card statements to prove we paid for both cards. These folks are flippin lazy! I sent them copies and I am still waiting... I will not use these clowns again!

Biggest reason I ordered from them was because their website says it was in stock and would be here in 2 days. 5 days later they sent an update saying it would ship the next day. Chatted with them the next day and they said that the manufacture wouldn't have it ready to ship for 2 more months. I canceled and still have not gotten a refund. 22 days they have had my money and they blame it on the manufacturer. Filed a complaint with Paypal a week ago.

The kit I was looking at was also on Amazon but I was unsure it the product was legit. Found it on Toolsid and the pictures were better and the price was better. Messaged with their online rep who confirmed the kit's contents and was actually helpful. I would use them again.

Placed order a week ago, estimated ship date keeps getting pushed. Still no update or tracking, just blaming manufacturer. Product page says in stock and ships within 24 hours, what a joke. Live chat was not helpful. Do not order if you need it right away. High shipping prices as well. I do not recommend!

I ordered a tool on Thursday at NOON. The item was not shipped out until the following MONDAY!!!!!!!

I was having trouble find a certain type of wrenches with no success until I found Toolsid which had them in stock and shipped them to me right away. I received the tools very quickly with no issues and it was a pleasure ordering from Toolsid which had excellent pricing, I would not hesitate to order again from them.

I was looking for a grille on a 18 year old truck. Everywhere else, either the reviews were unreliable, the prices were sky high or they were just plain out of stock!
