Got a good tool at a reasonable price and delivery was pretty quick, could not ask for more!

Cancelled my order due to excessive shipping costs, but they ignored the cancellation and shipped the order anyway. I returned everything and ask for a full refund since it was their error, but they refused to refund the shipping cost. Shipping was $15 on a $45 order, but did not show up on the order until it was placed.
UPDATE: Gave me a refund after I posted this review. Still beware of the shipping costs and policies.

Well... Heres the thing
I love the ease of purchasing here.. but the argument you have to have with some of the sales people is ridiculously annoying...they try to trick you into thinking what you see is not what you saw..
don't get me wrong there are few that work there that are just awesome in a pleasure to deal with

I am just getting started setting up a home shop and bought most of my mechanic tools from Tools ID. It was a great experience, on many items their prices were the lowest I could find, and for those that weren't, they matched the lower online prices from other websites without any hassles at all. The communication was great, shipped fast, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

My sales rep was helpful, answered all my questions and I was able to get a tool delivered in a day for pretty much the same price as some of the cheaper tool discount sites.

Just what we were looking for. Quality was great. Delivery was fast

The site is excellent in terms of the range offered and the speed for shipping out. However the lack of the 5th star is for 2 reasons. 1st is that shipping costs are totally out of line with the rest of competitors, they’re astronomical. And 2nd is that the search function and filtering could be better. It’s very basic and slight changes such as plural or not give very different results. It’s very 1995

I like that the sale rep are well informed of the product and that they email you about the product that you make inquerierees on so that you have the option to get it if you want.

After considering a few other tool outlets, I went with Toolsid. The selection of tools is vast. The prices were well below many competitors. And the shipping was fast. I will most certainly be buyijng from Toolsid again. Thanks!
