Missing order
Ordered a set of casters. Lying in the courier warehouse for a week & then it seems to have disappeared. my project delayed indefinitely. Not a happy customer for sure.Their products may be OK but their courier service is pathetic. I don't think I will order from them again when there are so many other options, who deliver the orders promptly..

According to our records, your order (GS11778451) was successfully delivered to you on January 7th, 2026. However, we first received your email regarding the missing parts on February 14th, 2026, which is more than a month after the delivery date.
As per our company policy, any concerns related to returns or replacements must be raised within 72 hours of delivery. Because this timeline was significantly exceeded, we unfortunately cannot provide replacement parts free of charge.
While we cannot process a free replacement at this stage, we still want to help you get your equipment fully operational. As our customer support executive mentioned in the email sent to you, we can arrange for the necessary spare parts on a paid basis.
