4000$ dollar tool box arrived damaged and seller refused to rectify issue's

Lowest price for the Dewalt IPS Propress Jaws. Ordered on Wednesday and arrived via Fed-Ex shipping (free) on Saturday. Product was NIB, as advertised. I would definitely trust ordering from Tool-Up in the future.

They kept good communication when the lid was going to arrive. I believe between placing the order and the lid arriving was just about 2 weeks. I work outside in Florida, so I need to drink water. Make sure you have the lid pressed down all the way or you’ll loose it.

This was a good price for genuine Makita tools and 4 batteries. Shipped quickly, and came boxed well. Im very happy with my purchase, and will likely buy more from Tool Up as needed

Was looking for a supplier who actually had the product in stock. Had used the Bosch T4B before & wanted to get a 2nd one. IMHO, best stand on the market (for my types of {good home} usage. Prompt order set up & great delivery. I'd certainly order from them again.

They will ship a $280 tool in plastic bags without proper stuffing/packaging. I requested a refund when the tool arrived (beat up). They could not assure me that if I ordered the same tool, it would not be shipped the same way. I've often bought tools from Toolup.com, I will only use them if I cannot find a better price elsewhere. Not worth the extra work/stress.

Purchased a jet wash and also a 50% saver on the water jet wash and which does not fit the jet wash and yeah it was posted and nobody contacted myself I asked for an invoice and nobody could be bothered to contact me. The company are complete and had a waste of time. Would I purchase off this company again? No other companies tool up i would this particular company know I would not? Rude arrogant staff if they cannot be bothered I would never purchase off this site again. Thank you, Me me
