I placed an order and mistakenly provided the wrong delivery address. I immediately contacted your team to correct it. Instead of updating only the delivery address, you changed both my billing and delivery addresses to the wrong ones.

When I reached out again to fix the issue, I was told the package had already shipped. You also informed me that I would be charged double to have the item returned and re-shipped.

This handling of the situation is unacceptable. The error occurred on your end, and I should not be penalized for it. I'm very dissatisfied and would like to speak to a manager or the owner. I will not recommend your business to others based on this experience.

I placed an order with Toolup and after several months never received the order. I contacted customer support who informed me that they did not ship the order but also could not issue a refund because it was outside of the 30 day period for disputing an order (placed via eBay). They never sent me a product I paid for and when I requested they send it or refund me told me they would be doing neither. Additionally, they attempted to shift blame to UPS since a label for the order was created. UPS, however, indicates the shipment was canceled before even leaving their warehouse so there was never a shipment to begin with. In summary they took my money and refused to send either a product or a refund, but to be fair they did apologize for the inconvenience.

SCAM.
I gave an order of $ 660.3 weeks have passed.
They did not send the products.They did not refund a fee

Placed an Order for a DeWalt Joist Drill and Battery and they charged my credit card, sent an invoice but never shipped the order. A few days later sent an email saying shipping was too high to send my order. Called UPS only to find this was a lie. Then called Toolup only to find that they refuse to send my order because they don't want to honor the price they sold it for. Instead they said you can reorder it for twice the price it was. Never sent me a credit card refund receipt.
Can't Trust These Guys, Very Risky Charging ones credit card and not filling the Orders. Seems they are selling product they don't have, and they are going through another vendor in California.

Seems like a ploy to bait and switch. I waited a week for them to ship my order only to find out they don’t even have the item but received an email trying to sell me other similar products. I had to call them for a refund. At least the guy refunded my order.

Incredible service. Well done. Good product, fair price but unfortunately one of the battery charges was faulty. Within a nano second of informing the company they sent a replacement. Can’t fault them
