All round fantastic place to stay

Top 10 New Plymouth was immaculately clean and beautifully arranged and set up with everything you might need or want. Even the scissors and implements arranged perfectly neatly in the drawer. The pool was the perfect temperature, beautifully clean and made for a lovely refreshing dip. The service was above and beyond. Even though they were busy they made time to give us very useful tips to make our holiday more enjoyable. I would highly recommend them and we look forward to visiting again soon.

Te Anau. Reasonably good Park, poor customer service

We stayed (Te Anau) on powered site during the unfortunate storm (23.10.25) the site was fine, but we were without power for one night. The park refused to refund any money for the lack of power (I understand it was not their fault), but they could have refunded us the difference between a powered and a non powered site.
