Finally a good alternative to LDLC

I found TopBiz when I was searching for an original ARC GPU, with 16GB of VRAM, when they announced it being discontinued, back in June.

They were quick to deliver, and the experience was positive.

What prompted me to write this review is the responsiveness and professionalism of the customer service, when, today, after having ordered a few hard drives, I realized an incoming payment didn't come through.

I called the customer service representative assigned to my account, asked for the cancellation for the order, and it was done within minutes.

Great store, will buy there again without hesitation.

I'm extremely pleased I managed to find this very hard to get anywhere Ryzen 5900X CPU and at a decent reasonable price too with Topbiz in France. I'm also very pleased it arrived via TechData France, as it's a great wholesale supplier of computer IT parts I need all the time. I'll definitely use Topbiz via TechData again here in France. It arrived within 2 days with Chronopost as promised, I have only one issue that can better next time. It could be much safer and more carefully well packaged and protected in its outer shipment box from TechData with such a high valuable and delicate CPU shipment. Just a kind suggestion for future shipment improvement via TechData.
