The worst delivery service ever.
I placed the order for flowers at morning 8am. The flowers are still not delived. When I checked with customer service they mentioned it will be delivered at 8pm however it was not even delivered until 10pm. They charge 8 euros for delivery, finally to spoil your special day. ITS THE WORST WEBSITE TO SURPRISE YOUR LOVED ONES, STAY AWAY. wish i can post the photos of the status from their website
Better buy from your nearby flowershop and save your time and sanity.

I would not even give 1 star to this terrible experience if it was possible. I placed an order for a birthday delivery scheduled for 5 March. The delivery date was essential, as it was a birthday gift.
Despite this, the flowers were not delivered on 5 March but only on 7 March — two days late. On the original delivery date, I was informed that delivery was unsuccessful. This was incorrect. The recipient was at home the entire day, which can be confirmed by camera footage. No delivery attempt was made.
Even if the recipient had not been home, neighbours were available to accept the delivery. This option was not used.
When the flowers were finally delivered, the courier reportedly said, “finally you are home,” which was inappropriate and unprofessional.
What is particularly disappointing is that, despite my repeated efforts to resolve this matter reasonably, customer service continued to offer only a €10 voucher instead of a €10 monetary refund. A voucher requires placing a new order, which is not an acceptable solution after a failed delivery on an essential date.
Given that the agreed delivery date was not respected and the purpose of the order was defeated, a full refund due to non-performance and dissatisfaction could have been considered appropriate. Instead, the company chose to rely strictly on internal policy rather than offering a fair and customer-oriented resolution.
Unfortunately, this experience reflects poor delivery execution and inflexible customer service when things go wrong.

Thank you for your response.
For reference, my order number is 16652586-0001.
I have already had several email exchanges with your customer service regarding this matter. Each time, I was told that a €10 voucher was the final offer and that no further compensation would be made. This is why I escalated the issue.
This order was placed specifically as my best friend's birthday gift for March 5. The agreed delivery date was essential (please note- i ordered 3 days before the delivery date) . No one came to the address on March 5, despite my friend being home all day. The delivery only took place on March 7, randomly. I paid for delivery, and it is not my responsibility to resolve delivery issues between your company and your courier.
Because the gift arrived two days late, with your deliverer's inappropriate delivery message; it completely missed the occasion and lost its purpose became a regret for me. For this reason, a voucher is not helpful to me. I do not wish to place another order with topbloemen, I paid full price for the expected service and I expect a fair resolution regarding this order other then a voucher.
I hope this review will result in a proper reconsideration.

My worst experience of buying flower in the whole world.
They didn't deliver my order on the birthday, and a day later they delivered it to her neighbors and charged me for that.
Customer service doesn't work properly, they don't care and you have to pay for their mistakes.
I literally paid for nothing with these guys.

I ordered a bucket of flowers for our customer. It had been delivered to customer's office at the same day.

Bought their Boeket Pemme and arranged the delivery to be done on Saturday. However, the bouquet arrived Thursday the week after. Delivery and communication on the delivery is a little off. Flower was pretty and quite resilient. Definetely will purchase again as long as the delivery is improved.
Not complicated ordering online. Sadley the Flowers where from very bad quality (some of them where allready dead) also, if this is Medium, i am curious what is small. The same Flowers with this quality you can get at any Supermarket for 20,- Euro.

We ordered flowers for mother's day. They were not delivered. The florist said they attempted delivery but we have video proof that the doorbell on delivery day was never rang. They neither left a missed thuis card neither called us. My guess is that they were short of stock and did not have it available on that day

My order was sent incomplete, items missing.
Customer service were quick to respond and rectify the error.
Two days after original order delivered the balance was delivered.
Tulips were beautiful and they were appreciated. (Delivered on day).
Will use service again as mistakes can happen.
Price was good, quality good.
Just mix up with order.

We placed an order for same-day flower delivery, but the florist failed to deliver on time. After checking our security cameras, it was clear that no one attempted delivery on the agreed day. When we contacted customer service, they promised to deliver the next day. Unfortunately, when the flowers finally arrived, they were not fresh at all. Extremely disappointing experience—late delivery and poor-quality flowers. We expected much better service.

Ordered a bouquet of tulips to my gf's house in Tilburg on the 8th of March at 10.30am with the same day delivery. The website states that the order will be delivered between 9am and 7pm. Not only it wasn't delivered on the 8th of March, the courier also dropped it near the entrance OF THE BUILDING and disappeared. I don't mind the delay in delivery, but it has to be communicated with clients in advance via email.
Bad service, awful communication with clients and false promises. Wouldn't recommend.
