I wouldnt recommend this company Andy came out and measured full house. Took deposit and said they would be fitted this morning between 10/11. Nobody turned up so i phoned company only to be told Andy had no right to give me a time to supply & fit the blinds. ( I have the proof) Now i have to wait again till tomorrow between 9/12 now they are clashing with carpet fitters. They wont cancel my order because they already made the blinds. If i new they only had 1 fitter i would NEVER have used this company.
Had my blinds fitted today in the house and perfect fit blinds in my summerhouse absolutely delighted with the service received from the chap measuring to the fitting first class this is my second time using TopCat highly recommend

ORDERED THREE BLINDS PAID DEPOSIT. TWO WEEKS LATER HAD TO PAY THE BALANCE AS THE BLINDS WERE READY. FITTER APPEARED WITH ONE BLIND, COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER ANOTHER BLIND WAS READY, PUT IN THE DIARY FOR THE FITTER TO COME DIDNT APPEAR, HADNT BEEN PUT IN THE DIARY WAS REBOOKED HE DID APPEAR. BLINDS ARE FINE. THIRD BLIND THEY CANT MAKE UP THERE MIND IF THEY CAN MAKE THE BLIND OR NOT, BUT GET THE IMPRESSION THAT THEY DONT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY FOR THE THIRD BLIND, EVEN ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE HAD IT FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS.

There Rep Stuart arrived on Tuesday measured gave us a price and they were fitted on Friday, both men very pleasant, and both phoned to say they were in there way. I definitely would order from this company again.
If i could leave no stars I would. Robert came out and measured up and we selected what blinds we wanted. A week later (after they took £280 deposit off me) we got told they cannot supply the blinds we chose. We asked for a refund. 4 WEEKS! have now passed and they are passing us from pillar to post not giving us our refund for the blinds THEY COULD NOT SUPPLY! We have phone them at least 10 times about this. I phoned again today and was told the money would be in buy end of business today...... Still not in ! Basically they have robbed us!

Had chap out for a quote. Son got flat not in best area but we wish to make it a lovely home so are decorating. Guy eyeballed flat said figure no sample shown. We will take our honest hard earned cash to a buisness who treats everyone the same. Here’s a tip your no better than anyone else regardless of where anybody stays

Do not buy from them; it is one of the worst companies I have ever encountered. Appalling and rude, never felt more degraded. I purchased three blinds and one of them was wrong. It took ages to settle this issue however I had to pay extra if I wanted the blind I had originally payed for. Customer service was terrible, especially from the person who came to measure the blinds. Kept ignoring me and not returning my calls and at the end I had to pay more for something that wasn't even my fault. This is unacceptable behaviour and no customer should be treated like this. I will never buy from them again.
Decently priced. They came and fitted roller blinds in my 2 bedrooms. Happy with the service and would recommend.
About 10 years ago and service was excellent. We contacted them again for new vertical blinds for our Living Room - they came and gave us a price measured the windows and fitted the Vertical Blinds within five days. The representative was very pleasant - he had all the information we needed - he was very helpful. So we would recommend Top Cat Window blinds.
Fantastic service from topcat. The sales rep Gavin was fantastic when discussing prices etc. Got another company out to ensure prices were competitive, which they were. Went with topcat, advised they would be fitted within 3 weeks, just over 2 weeks and the fitter came today, I was given a call yesterday to advise of the timeframe. He arrived within the timeframe and done a fantastic job as well as fitting 4 blinds very quickly.
Having placed an order for 5 blinds l was told by their rep they would be ready in 3 weeks. 7 weeks later after posting on their social media page today l received a phone call this afternoon to say the material l ordered for the blinds was discontinued. Funny that because last week when l called to ask what the hold up was l was told they were waiting on a part.
They have had my money for 7 weeks and didn't have the decency to contact me in all that time. All I can say is use them at your pearl.

Blinds measured incorrectly on 2 occassions. Rep asked to contact me and never got back to me. I requested my deposit back for 4 days. Brooke called me apoligising & saying its a family business let us put it right. So I trusted them. BIG BIG MISTAKE! My blinds arrived & fitted. The pelmets all uneven with gaps. I cannot open my windows & if I move the blinds higher they are too short. Apalling requested money back was told if they agreed this they would take the blinds away I said thats fine. They are currently refusing to reimburse a penny. I have asked to speak with management & they are magically unavailable. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I WILL BE PURSUING THIS COMPANY THROUGH TRADING STANDARDS AND THE COURTS IF NECESSARY

Second time I've used this company and I absolutely would not go anywhere else. Phoned looking for a quote and managed to get an appointment for the next day.
The salesman (Gary) turned up bang on time and I honestly can't praise him highly enough. Respectful, patient, relaxed and genuinely seemed to have our best interests as a priority. Believe me, I'm the first to complain when customer service is bad, but this was such a stress free experience.
Felt the price was very fair for a high quality product. Highly recommend.

If I could choose 0 stars, I would. I'm struggling to express just how bad the service and the quality of installation has been. A nightmare from start to finish. Avoid at all costs.
