terrific! wonderful!

I like some of your meals.(I have to admit that when you were giving us choices it was a better way to do things) However, in the past several months you have changed them. For instance your Chicken Lo Mein has changed from sliced carrot to shredded carrots and a lack of content. Such as small pieces of chicken from good piece, tiny pieces of onion, and small pieces of green and red pepper. If this keeps happening, I may limit it only to one meal rather than 3. The meals that you serve now, such as Chicken Pie...eliminates the potato you put in them from one or two tiny pieces instead of enough potatoes to make a difference. STOP CUTTING DOWN ON INGREDIENTS. ALSO You are making too many rice meals. At least when we ordered them before, we had a choice of rice or mash potatoes....You need to either give us a choice of potatoes or rice. Start placing more potato meals please. AND I am a New Englander....SHEPHERDS PIE is made with Mash Potatoes,NOT RICE. You asked for an opinion ....that's it.

My in laws love the meals as my parents did. The only improvement i would suggest is the website. It was easier to use a couple of years ago. Not sure what changed but definitely less user friendly.

I placed the order on 3/18/26 and didn’t heard anything. On 3/23, I logged a ticket and got the reply below. Now it’s Monday and I still have not see this order being shipped.

As a longtime customer, I'm disappointed that the customization of meals has been discontinued. Having the option to choose a double serving of a variety of vegetables over potatoes and rice was a big plus.

Food very good and delivery great...but food not perfect like the past. Wish we could still add more sauce and gravy. Also use to switch some of the vegs.. only zucchini...not good....watery and rubbery. Large portions and not to salty.

I have noticed with my last delivery of meals that the portions were noticeably smaller and many did not accurately reflect the labelling on the front of each package. When I talked to the customer service rep she said that customization of any dinner was no longer possible in order to avoid potential food contamination. When I said that I had always ordered each of my meals as "extra protein" which ensured larger portions, she said that was also considered a customization and would also no longer be available. I told her that the regular portions they are now sending are inadequately small and that, in all likelihood, I would have to find a different company to do business with which disappoints me. I have been a customer for around 6-7 years.

Order on march 14, 2026, now march 29, 2026 your website saids meal still have not been shipped. Checked my bank you took my money on march 16, 2026. Fed ex number saids error not been picked up

Easy to order and reorder. Dad likes the meals. However it is difficult to open your boxes. Having the shipping label directly over the middle seam of the box makes it very difficult to open.

Sending to door when not home

What is happening to the food. Two of my bacon omlets had some other meat meal in it that I could not eat. I do not know what is happening to Top Chef. They do not pack the right foods and their quality is not like it used to be. Used to love that you could pick a veggie or a starch. That has changed. I do not want to eat sweet potatoes with every meal.

Quick delivery. Good food.

The company gives discounts to seniors and prices are reasonable. Shipping is excellent. Food is tasty and professionally prepared by chefs.

Order of 3/8/2026 did not arrive ! A Sunday-Order is promised to arrive the following Friday. Today is Saturday at 1:02 PM. I waited to see if it might arive late

I ordered $400 of meals on February 25 th and so far I have not received them today on March 20th.
I sent emails to them but there is no reply yet.
I’m very disappointed!

The food and service is great but I miss the customization of the meals that was offered in the past.

I like that you don't need a subscription to order meals from Top Chef. I sent some to relatives and they liked them. They were not mush like frozen meals you can get at the grocery store. They arrive in a timely manner.

Received quality meals that taste delicious! Friendly, helpful service.
