Oh, how I wish I’d checked here before. Ordered Covid fogger. Arrived after about 6 weeks, from China 😠. Not fit for purpose, followed by FedEx invoice for shipping. No response to emails. Trading standards next....

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I wish I had read these reviews before I bought from them and saved my money - I ordered a dog ball flinger on 16th July and here I am 26th August and I have receive nothing. I have sent four emails and still heard nothing. This is a fraudulent company stealing honest people's money and they should be shut down.

Where do I even begin... I have never complained about product or service. But Topdealhunter deserves a shout out and not in the good way.
I have ordered baby carrier and it came not as described, with safety issues and concerns. I’ve contacted customer service and they couldn’t care less. I had ongoing battle for a month asking to exchange or refund, but can’t get anywhere. I feel like I’m talking to the wall.
I believe the baby carrier I’ve purchased is counterfeit and want to worn other parents as it is not safe for baby.
I have asked them About safety standards pass and obviously got ignored
There is very wishy woshy Ts and Cs on the website that give no explanation or clarity at all

Received an item I could not use so asked for a refund and where to return the item. Initially replied to say I could return it, but did not provide me with a return address. Chased and chased and now completely ignoring my emails!! Still waiting for a reply 2 months later.

DO NOT USE. Cheap but will cost you more money in the long run. Customer service - shocking!!

They don't tell you where your product is coming from so you end up with an additional customs charge. They don't respond and the product itself leaks.

All in all, an awful awful company.

Looking into legal options available to me.

Ordered a fogging machine on the 6th May 2020, was advised that shipping will take 5-10 working days and it still hasn't arrived ! Emailed numerous times and received the same response advising that the shipping time is 5-10 working days. Now they are ignoring my emails as I haven't received any responses to my last 3 emails requesting for a full refund and there isn't a telephone number to discuss this issue either ! Come on TOP DEAL HUNTER, start treating your customers with more respect !

I ordered a baby carrier 5/8/20 received a confirmation email straight after. Got a bit worried around 9/8/20 after reading reviews on this site. Emailed the company And got a response quick to say order on way. Received order 16/8/20 absolutely love it very sturdy and supportive for baby and mammy. Not sure if this was because I went through PayPal but I’m very happy with my purchase 😊

My experience leads me to believe this Company is a scam. My order was deliver and I found it was not the item I had actually ordered. I advised them immediately and now approximately 3.5 months later it is still in the box of no use to me whatsoever. I have written 9 Emails and have only had a reply to ask for photos which I sent and have to date not received a response. I am now over £66.00 out of pocket. This is my experience and my review can only reflect that. Shame that these people in times like we are going through at the moment choose to capitalise and benefit from genuine customers who have made purchases in good faith. Margaret M Jones

Trust me I wish I had also read the reviews, ordered an automatic ball flinger for the dogs, as stated reduced to £20, 6 free balls with it, bonus and of course shipping. Fine. Took money instantly and I did not receive an email confirmation but I thought maybe it’ll come through once it’s been picked to leave the warehouse or whatever, forgot about it, waited the 7-10 business days and allowed for a bank holiday before emailing politely to ask where it was and at this point could I get a refund for no delivery? They initially emailed back what appeared quite a polite email and so I waited again.
Emailed 2nd time, starting to get a little annoyed at this point, no reply.
3rd email now really pissed, requested refund.
And then what looked like a parcel in a dog poo bag arrived, couldn’t think what it was it was tiny, they’ve gone and sent 6 balls which are tiny. I emailed them asking if this was some joke and was the ball flinger still coming - why I still held hope for them at this point I don’t know - to which they replied I had only ordered the balls as per the advert which no longer exists. Now no replies to my emails. Just save the hassle and don’t use scam site!

AVOID!!!! THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED WAS DANGEROUS AND AFTER 3 WEEKS I HAVE NOT HAD A REPLY TO MY NUMEROUS EMAILS REGARDING A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering, wanted a last minute baby carier then after ordering realised why it was taking so long and from investigation realised its a scam.

They will keep sending emails saying item is going to arrive soon but its a lie.

Please avoid.

Oh my god why did I not read reviews before I bought. These people are scum. Sent a dangerous item as it wasn’t the right voltage for U.K. use. I asked on numerous occasions for an address to return item. I finally got an address to return it but it transpired I sent the item to another of their unsuspecting customers!!!

Disgusting how long I’m still waiting for a delivery over 11 weeks ago had no reply after numerous emails and I can’t even get to speak on the phone to anyone !!!

Avoid at all cost! - ordered a fogger paid, chased and nearly 2 months later not delivered - still quoting 5 to 10 days delivery on website. No longer respond to emails - over to the bank to try and claim back £

Doesn't even deserve one star. Product broke with 2nd use. Sent several emails as well as used their online contact form and they just TOTALLY ignored me.

The only reason I'm giving this 1 star is it won't let you give no stars people avoid this company do not buy anything from this site its a scam so please avoid this like the plague honestly go somewhere else you will just get ripped off

Ordered in May, now In July and have not received my item. Gave them the benefit of the doubt on timescale and waited the 25 days. Emailed company for refund and was told couldn’t have refund until item was returned. I haven’t received it! They then offered me a discount on an additional order, no thanks. I have had to go through card company to claim back my money. Total scam as far as I am aware. Very disappointed.

I received the wrong goods which cost at least 50% less than the goods I ordered. Still haven’t received a reply from their customer services team who have ignored my requests for a refund.
This has been ongoing since the end of May 2020.
Absolutely poor service. You buy from this site at your own risk.

The size is not 12" x 9". the usable size is 10 3/4" x 8 3/4" and only 2 arrived and I was charged a shipping cost which it said shipping was free when you order 3 and it took ages to arrive. No reply from email so a very expensive BBQ bag. Quality looks ok, although I haven't used it yet as its so small and you can't get much in it. Beware the adverts on Facebook as they are not what they seem and Uk shipping costs charged on top.
