Ordered a product that wasn't as described. Emailed to ask about returning as well within the 30 days. They argued it was as described, i advised even if that was the case I should still be allowed to return it as per my rights. After 3 follow up emails, no return address provided so I'm unable to return for a refund. Not yet solved.

For those who might be ordering from this company -- don't. Have a look at their web site. Do they give a company address? No. That's mandatory under UK and EU law. Do they give an on-line form for returns? No. That's also mandatory.

Now, read my review and all the other negative reviews. If you still order, then that's up to you.

Like other people, I have learned from bitter experience that (a) they are a rip-off company and (b) that you can expect no help from Paypal and (c) we should have read the reviews first.

We purchased a makeup organiser, and when it arrived it was tiny -- they had used clever photography to make it look bigger. I would expect to pay less than half the price of this bit of tat. Never mind, we thought, we'll get a refund. Happens all the time on internet shopping. But that's when the problems started. First, they don't reply to your email. Second they want a photo (why?), then another email where they want you to agree it will be sent within 48 hours and tracked. They were just time wasting. I opened a dispute with Paypal, but Paypal were useless. I eventually got a return address, as others have pointed out, it is in Morocco and the cost of shipping makes it economically unviable to return the item.

The funny thing is, although TrustPilot is full of negative reviews, if you go to loox.io, it's the best thing ever with only 5 star reviews. So that is lesson number 4 for me. (d) Only read reviews from trustpilot.

This is an absolute scam website. Do not purchase from this website because you will end up receiving a wrong item making the delivery cost more expensive than the refunded cost.
I ordered a baby bath that was £80 because it was a deep one that I always wanted. Turns out it takes them a whole month and a few days to send a WRONG ITEM that is nothing like the picture on the website said. It was a bog-standard baby bath that you can get it from any old retailer for £30. They even admitted the stock was not available so they sent something else instead. Obviously I asked for a refund, of which they were willing to (not sure in retrospect if they were willing to) under the condition of returning the product to the destination they stated. They said to send it back to MOROCCO. Also, the shipping fee has to be paid by the returnee, hence even if I would get my refund back, due to the high shipping cost, it will only be worth half of the money back as intended. So I had to keep the product even it was severely overpriced for what it was. At least I have the item, compared to just losing £40 returning cost which is essentially throwing away money.

For the sake of everybody's money, PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Purchased an item paid postage as part of ordering and item took 4 weeks to arrive even though advertised as in stock
Don’t reply to emails, sent a false tracking link item has arrived but now have a pending invoice of fed ex for import charges when I paid delivery at the time of purchase
Horrendous & expensive xperience

I ordered an item form their UK website, the item turned up and I had to pay UPS over £35 import duty as the item came from Hong Kong. Not in their terms and conditions. Still waiting fro a refund. A rip off!

SCAM!

Doesn’t deserve that 1 star. I wish I had read the reviews prior to making a purchase. I really hope other do too. I would have seen that delays in receiving products is a common issue.

I placed an order in April, heard nothing about dispatch had to chase in May, was informed it was on route (no tracking info) and I would receive my product 7-25 business days. We are now almost 45 business days (from my chaser not my order) and still no product. I have sent many chasers/complaints to no real avail and they have now informed me I have a further 5-7 business days Wait, then another 7 added when not received After the last update. This is highly unacceptable where a 8 month pregnant woman ordered a simple decorating tool (when I was 5 months pregnant) to decorate a nursery, Bit the straw and upset it’s caused.it has also resulted in me having to delay furniture delivery and carpet fitters.

I am deeply devastated at not only the delays but the level of service. This is a simple product that I know I could have purchased elsewhere (trust me I wish I had) and is casing me a great deal of stress and upset. I don’t have loads of spare cash to be buying loads of new apparatus so this has really hindered me trying to get my nursery ready for the imminent arrival.

I have been offered 15%off my next purchase but I can categorically say I will never use this service again and would strongly recommend nobody does. And also to salt to the wounds I was rudely informed to ‘be patient’ on one of my many chasers. I think I have been patient enough since waiting since April.

I can see that they have many more negative comments then positive.

Finally received my product. However it’s arrived in shocking condition. The roller doesn’t work, the tools are damaged and the Pieces are dirty. It’s also missing a significant part of the product. emailed for an apology and asking for my money back

DO NOT USE!!! I truly hope people will check the reviews before even considering to use topdealhunter. Does not even deserve one star! It is a scam! You will wait months and months and even customer service will stop replying to your emails requesting money back or at least the items bought, but nothing. I cannot emphasize enough DO NOT USE!!

Been waiting for my order almost 3 months... Absolutely ridiculous, so ashamed that I didn't read the reviews before.. I assume I can just dream about my refund of £150... Such a shame it meant to be a birthday present for little boy...

I ordered a play mat for my twins through top deal hunter 13 weeks ago. 65 whole working days and I am yet to receive it. The package tracker is a load of rubbish.
I have escalated the issue via email with them and they are doing nothing and have done nothing to resolve the issue.

I have also contact PayPal to try and get my money back. They have refused to confirm a delivery date (website states 7-25 working days) and are not providing me with a refund. I have told them to process my refund today or I will contact the financial ombudsman and trading standards.

I have since bought a play mat else where with next day delivery. My twins love it.

Do not buy anything with this company! Do not waste your money! ITS A SCAM!

7 weeks so far waiting for an order that I have tried to cancel. Offered me 15% off as a ‘goodwill gesture’ for next time which is quite frankly offensive! I’ll never be using them again

The disinfectant I ordered from them was a blessing. It helped me with my house disinfection, easy to use and came within 5 days only!
I looked around the internet; their price was the lowest by far. I would buy again without hesitation

Quick delivery for the playpen, I really recommend their service.
My toddler was very happy especially with the balls, he could stay there all day long.

Oh why didn’t I read the reviews before I ordered, why oh why are companies like this aloud to trade, they should hunt down the owners who steal our money and lock them up for ever so they can’t ever do it again, DONT USE THEM !!!!!

Absolutely woeful service, and terse/dishonest communications with their team.

Feels like a scam to be honest, so avoid it if at all possible.

Payment and no goods
I have contacted the seller via email twice and attempted contact via phone. All telephone options are automated messages, there is no one to speak to. I have emailed for an urgent call, left a message on face book messenger and issued email instructions to cancel my order and issue a full refund. No replies to any correspondence and no goods

Still no refund or response, call service refers you to their email contact then hangs up.

Looking into starting legal proceedings for my refund.
