Thanks for your feedback and sorry to hear that your parcel didn’t arrive in time for XMAS.
We processed and shipped the order straightaway on 19th. According to the status from Yodel the parcel has been ready at your local depot since 24th December in the morning. We didn’t know that the courier in your local area would stop delivering on XMAS Eve. Otherwise we could have managed your expectation better.
As you know, XMAS day and Boxing day are bank holiday and the courier did not operate. This is why the parcel is a few days late compared to normal situation (4-7 working days).
Sorry for the experience and thanks for your patience. We will learn to manage expectations better during holiday season.

Lovely pink Coach Sadie bag
Managed to get the bag I wanted for my daughter even though most places I tried did not have it. And to add to that it was a good price and saved me over £30. Fast prompt delivery so I certainly recommend this company and will use them again.

I was at first skeptical if the product is going to come to me or not. Because there are lots of frauds and fake online shopping websites, and I had been a victim twice very recently. I clicked the link sent to me via your email to know the updates of the product delivery, it seemed reassuring and the delivery came within the times that were mentioned on the status. So relieved , honestly, was an expensive product. Thank you so much, I love it, even prettier than how it looked in the picture. Only surprising thing is, there was no receipt/invoice, just in case if the product has any issues, but I like the service over all, will keep you in my list for shopping in future, for definite. As mentioned in the email, we have been let down by Yodel who informed me that the parcel was sorted to the wrong delivery service centre by mistake. They have re-sorted it to be delivered at the correct depot now. I can’t apologise enough for the inconvenience this must have caused given your plan for your daughter.

Excellent customer service. Really helpful and prompt responses. I needed my item at short notice and they kept me updated throughout. Even when I had to return the item as it was smaller than what I had expected the customer service was still 5*. They went over and beyond and located my Local Collect plus so I could drop the item off where it was more convenient for me. I would recommend this website to anyone and will purchase from them again.
