I don't drink that kind of alcohol.
When will I get my 2 bottles Frangelicor and when will Topdrinks collect the 2 other bottles at my address.

Customer service just don't care
Package was lost by the courrier, the toprink team took 10 days to respond to my first email, and now it's been another 9 days waiting for their answer, I mean almost 20 days in total and one email...
It was supposed to be a christmas gift but I think I'll be lucky to even get a refund three month from now at the pace the customer support team is going

Very competitive prices
The whisky I ordered was 20€ less expensive than on Amazon . The service was really good.
I looked at Trust Pilot once I’d ordered it and wondered how it would go as there were a few negative comments , however I would certainly use them again

These people are terrible
These people are terrible. Spent over €1000 to have champagne delieverd in August.Not delivered. 2 emails promised follow up-Nothing. last 3 emails ignored. can't reach them. In the meantime they have stolen my money. Thinking of referring to the Police and Visa now.
Do not trust them. Never had this experience before

Incompetent
I feel so sad having ordered something from TOPDRINKS. I or anyone I know will NEVER order anything from them again!!!
I returned a package to them and got a confirmation that my returned package had been received on 16.07.2024. I sent an email on 25.07.2024 to know why I hadn't received my refund only to be informed that they hadn't received the package. I am still yet to get my refund.
This is the height of incompetency and breach of trust.

But, I haven't received all the items I ordered. I have tried to connect via call, but not reachable also no reply from mail as well.

Change your currier and improve your client service via your call center.
I ordered a bottle as a gift for a friend. On Tuesday July 16 I had a medical appointment at the time DPD wanted to deliver the package. I tried to change the time but this is not possible according to DPD because the package contained alcohol. Really stupid. I understand that I cannot use the option of dropping the package somewhere else because I have to prove with my ID that I am of age to buy alcohol. But not even allowing to change the time???, that does not follow any logic. DPD returned the package to you. I called them since this action did not appear on the DPD track and trace page. They told me to call you, as I did. I was lucky enough and someone in your call center picked up the phone on my fourth call. She said a refund for the returned bottle is on its way. I bought a second bottle believing what you say on your website “Ordered before 9:30 PM on workdays, delivered tomorrow”. On Friday 19, I got an email from DPD saying that that day they would send me another email specifying the delivery time. That email never arrived. I was the whole day at home waiting for the package. At midday, I checked the track and trace page and what wonderful news, DPD had returned the package to you again! What a terrible delivery partner you have. On top of that, I tried to call your call center. I was for three hours calling constantly. I know by heart the speech of your answering machine. Nobody picked up the phone ever. If your call center does not work on Friday, then don’t say on your website that it does it. Well, if you make it until here, you will agree that this awful experience is more than enough for you to lose me as a client and also all the people connected to me who will know firsthand about your bad service.
