I ordered on the 7th of may but I never recieved my order. As of today 22nd of may still no refund from their side as promised. Is topdrinks a trusted shop?

I order 7th of may still not received my order I contact them without success their only answer is : they sent it! They didn’t make any Inquiries to help. So first and last time I order to this company

Two bottles were broken upon arrival due to very poor packaging. Topdrinks would not resend the broken bottles (which is something other providers always do), but only offered me a reimbursement. It's been two weeks now, and I still haven't been reimbursed

I still haven't received the order after a 8 days of ordering it 🙄

Quick delivery. Everything in order. Great prices. I will definitely order from Topdrinks again!

WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESHOP. They deliver my order with minus 12 bottles. I have try to contact them 3 times and they ignored me. No reply as to refund or replace the missing though fully paid bottles. They should have be banned from trading in Denmark at least.

We only received half our order

I still can’t believe I have discovered this shop only now. Have ordered 10 bottles of single malt right away (successfully received). I was not able to find anything with these price tags (even close) in Denmark. Delivery was very fast as well (from NL to DK). Recommend.
The only thing that worried me was the packaging, the bottles arrived safe but were too loose in the box (just carton separators and plastic foam).

They won't help you, if your package is broken.

Snyd. Produkter leveres ikke, men de tager dine penge. Man skal lave en indsigelse på betaling via sin bank for at få sine penge tilbage.

Scam. No products will be delivered but they will take your money. You have to file a dispute on the transaction via your bank to get your money back.
Customer service replies do not include answers to your questions. You are just wasting your time.

It was a wonderful experience, very easy and comfortable from ordering to delivery, time and packaging was handled perfectly with delivery, would highly recommend and use the services again.

Ordered via their danish website with the promise of delivery within 2-4 days (the 4 was if it was ordered Sunday after 10)

I ordered the 27/12 before 10.00. I hear nothing about shipping until the next day where I get an email from them that it will be shipped soon and t&t will be send.

I received the t&t at 22.30 yesterday and I can see that it is still in NL.

I am now without the products at New Year's Eve, and they will come after when I don't need them.

We are Dutch and have been living in Denmark since April this year. We found TopDrink's prices attractive and despite the less positive reviews we would give it a try. Unfortunately we were disappointed.

1. After placing the order, we still had to ask about the track & trace, because the track & trace link on the website does not work and we didn't receive any information about the shipping via email.

2. The website states that the bottles are carefully and well packed in sturdy cardboard packaging with bubble wrap. Nothing is less true. The cardboard box is not sturdy. The inlay compensates for this somewhat. The bubble wrap was nowhere to be seen. There was a wad of paper here and there to fill it up a bit. This "sublime" packaging could not prevent a bottle beeing damaged and had leaked.

3. The fast delivery is debatable.

4. Will we order here more often? Don't think so, because our first order and delivery did not convince us that Topdrinks takes shipping abroad seriously, so the chance of receiving an undamaged order is small. Too bad we would have liked to become a regular customer. But the first order and therefore the first impression is not really positive.

5. Made it a two stars review for the prices.

Update 23-12-2023.
It took a little bit longer then expected before customer service contacted us but now our issues are solved and we are a happy customer again. I hope they keep their promise to contact the transport company to take better care of the fragile packages. All in all my second impression was much better then the first. Because of this I upgraded my review to 4 stars.
