Ordered from CarbonKleen "Peeps" on August 7th -have not received them and already paid. Have NOT any reply from them - what should I do? Thank you - shall NEVER order from TOPGadget again - total scam!

Don't tell the truth, not good service in anyway shape or form.

Purchased an iPad “leather” rotating case 360 degrees which is badly/cheaply designed and doesn’t hold the iPad in position when typing.
It keeps falling back flat as grooves aren’t deep enough to hold it.
Contacted TopgadgetsUK as wanted to return for full refund. Was told I could keep it for 50% of the price or ask for replacement to be sent out LOL.
Replied that I want to return for FULL REFUND and was given address to send item back.
It’s been 10 days and still NO REFUND and NO REPLY TO MY E-MAILS.
I have asked my credit card company to initiate a chargeback.
AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY AT ALL COST

Utter scam website.
Ordered a phone case which said on the website would arrive within 3-5 days.
It didn't arrive so emailed the website and had a reply that if it didn't arrive by the end of the next week I would get a refund.
And...it didn't arrive, and no refund.
Fortunately I paid with PayPal and used the PayPal app to dispute the transaction. PayPal refunded me immediately.
I think the site must just be slushing money from buyers to earn interest before having to repay PayPal.

Still nothing has arrived but payment has been taken

My goods never arrived even after chasing the company after the estimated delivery time. I haven't received any further communication after customer services said they'd look into it and no refund

Wish I could give minus stars! AVOID this is a scam website and I have reported it. You will not see your money ever again if you use them....and no communication

I didn't receive my order. It's been a month. Scam website. Wished I read reviews beforehand. Contacted them and only had one reply and nothing else. Do NOT buy from this company!!

Ordered GPU via amazon on thr 6th Feb - it is now the 17th and still haven’t received it. Was told it would be here between 10-13th. Unbelievable.

Took nearly a month to turn up then it was wrong model and wrong colour. Had to get Paypal involved.

Haven’t received a confirmation email, despite ordering weeks ago. Haven’t received my package. My money has disappeared into thin air. Please contact me and tell me if you even have my order, or if you have just taken my money.

Waiting for a phone case, ordered about a month ago, topgadgetsuk was quick in taking my money, still haven't received the case, VERY POOR EMAIL COMMUNICATION, the address which is given for there business is just a house?.... POOR BUSINESS, THAT SHOULD BE LOOKED IN TO...DONT BUY DONT BUY....READ REVIEWS....BEFORE YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING, THEY WILL PROBABLY JUST TAKE YOUR CASH AND NO ITEMS

Awful company. Ordered an item sold by them via Amazon and the tracking number supplied gave no delivery information when used.

The delivery date as stated on Amazon, Quote 'Delivery Today before 8pm' unquote, came and went, and strangely on the same day the tracking number supplied by topgadgetsuk stopped working all together!

After ordering this a whole week earlier, staying in all day and taking a day off work I now have an updated delivery date from Amazon on behalf of 'topgadgetsuk' saying, 'Now expected sometime between 23rd and the 25th of November'

So now I am expected to just wait in for the next 3 days in case it turns up?

I wish I had read all the abysmal reviews of this company before placing an order on Amazon.

I had a reply from 'Topgadgetsuk' today (23rd) which just said 'We will look into it' not even a 'Sorry'.

Awful. Only giving one star as unable to give zero. Asked to review product by company even though it never arrived. They wouldn't enter into correspondence and had to involve PayPal for refund.

Item still not received.
Emailed but no response

Tbh I am disappointed with the whole service!! I paid u for a phone cover on Sep 14th and still don't have it.
The Only thing that happened on time was u getting my payment ☹️
No communication from ur end At all, most companies send u an email thanking u4 ur purchase etc I even tried calling twice but u don't answer calls so have waited patiently since.
1st time I hear from u is with this email Asking for a review.
Just wish I'd read the reviews b4 wasting time and money with u.
I suppose the refund process will be just as impossible to deal with ☹️
