I purchased 3 rigs. Only got confirmation of my order nothing more. 2 weeks later I call to inquire on the order and was told it would be delivered the following Tuesday or Wednesday which puts us at 25 days later.. that’s ok .. with some communication. I’ve been charged for the rugs. I sent an inquiry yesterday.. more than 24 hours.. still nothing. Terrible customer service. It has been one month since my order.. that’s was never posted anywhere. And still your team has not reached out to even say.. your order is in production or on the way” but you sure can take my money and send an email with confirmation of order. Very disappointing

Quality merchandise at great prices - best on web to feature both (note: some competitor sites have "seconds cabinets" that look the same on web but are of lower quality when they arrive).
We have been shopping ADA bathroom fixtures
and none of the big box stores seems to have much to chose from. I found the TopModern website on a Google search and I'm happy I did. They had exactly what I was looking for at a really good price. Ordering was easy, and the website had tons of information on the piece that I purchased.
Kelly answers the phone. That's a big plus right there. She was friendly and very helpful. Followed up as she said she would. She gets a 10 out of 5.
They are just a storefront, website shows number in stock and shipping w/in 1-2days but they ran my charge and then told us it would be 7weeks before it would be shipped and another 2-3 wks to get to us-so in reality they have no stock, no warehouse and take your money before they even have to pay for it from the manufacturer in vietnam!!

You would think that a business with a luxurious, modern front would offer a great shopping and customer service experience. To my surprise, they don't correlate at all. I found myself reaching out to their customer service about an order cancellation because I wasn't receiving any shipping updates within the time frame they listed on their website. When I did, they told me they couldn't find my order - this was in part, due to the fact that I accidentally provided the wrong email, but I've provided the screenshot of the transaction# and other info nonetheless. They made me think that the info I provided was sufficient enough to make the conclusion that my order truly didn't exist in their system.
After reaching out to them, I get an order confirmation email separate from my original order confirmation email from a week ago. I thought, how strange? Then came the shipping status email a few days later. With that I reached out to customer service again, asking why an order is being shipped when they clearly told me my order wasn't in the system. (By this time, I had already bought the item from a different business). They kept saying it was too late to cancel my order and that the order will be shipped and that I'm subject to paying for the shipping costs if I want to return it. I kept fighting them about it and they kept pushing their "as per our terms and conditions" as an effort to shut me up and deal with the shipping cost. No other accommodations, just a - Oh well, you deal with the cost.
They could put more energy in ensuring they have all the order info before claiming it doesn't exist and find an actual solution to help a misled customer, and not charge the customer for the return shipping label.

Edit: After reading other customers' experience on this website, I believe this website to be untrustworthy for sure. Hope anyone reading can steer clear from them!
