KYC troubles

Got a 150k funded account
Got a 150k funded account, realized that i have to make no 5k just to be able to withdraw 500$. So it is kind of second phase that is hiding in the funded account. Ok i got to 155k and now requesting my 500$, but they found 3 news violations that i have traded with 1 mnq in 3 seperate days, total profit of those trades were 127$, 100$ and 171$, so they approved my 500$ payout but deducted 10% then all those news violating trades, so my total payout was 99$. What a scam, all that is on 150k account where i can trade 70 mnq contracts. Not a single message to me about violations, not deducting from equity while trading but straight from payout. Pathetic

Thank you for your feedback. During the payout audit for account TOF114517, our Risk & Compliance team identified three trades executed during restricted high-impact news events (Core PCE, ISM Manufacturing PMI, and S&P Global PMI), generating $398.50 in profit.
Per our News Trading Policy, profits generated during restricted news windows are removed when a payout is requested. Your $500 payout request was approved, and after deducting the $398.50 in restricted profits and applying the standard split, the remaining $99 net payout was successfully processed and sent to you.
All account rules and restricted news guidelines are published in our Help Center so traders can review them prior to purchasing. If you have any further questions regarding your account logs, please contact us at support@toponefutures.com.

My experience with Top One Futures is top-notch. Top One Futures cares about its traders. I was having a problem with my account placing a trade.
