I’m sort of concerned about a possibility that price gouging was going on. I purchased and was charged 399 for the Topos XL fixed gear bike. I received an email stating that the bike was out of stock. When I got the email I immediately checked the Topos Outdoor website. The same exact bike I ordered, same size, was now being sold for 999.00$ on their site and was currently in stock when I ordered it initially and was still available after I got the email today. Was super pumped on getting the bike, everything is a mess right now because of the pandemic and I get it, but dont take 400 dollars from me seemingly promising me a bike in exchange and then turn around and have me wait 2 weeks to get my money back. Update the site more often and communicate better.
First and last purchase from Topos Outdoors
I bought a bike revived my order confirmation and waited about a week to receive the shipping info as well. Since I never received the shipping info I emailed support to find out when I can expect my bike to arrive. It was then that let me know that bike was actually out of stock and they will not be getting anymore. I’m frustrated that I had to reach out to them to learn this information and by the time I found out the bike was also no longer available on all the other sites that I could’ve purchased from. I expressed my disappointment and received no reply.
Damaged/improper parts on delivery
The bike arrived quickly which was great but the Seatpost did not fit in the seat tube and when I messaged Topos for some assistance fixing the issue I got no response. My only option seems to be to fit the problem myself by having a bike shop sand out the inside of the seat tube or grind down the diameter of the seat post so that it fits and easily adjusts up and down. Additionally, one of the parts on the left crank arm was badly scratched due to improper packing.

Honestly....I haven't opened the box the FUJI Bicycle was delivered in, however, the delivery was speedy and problem proofed during this time of CoVid. No complaints with the process of purchase and delivery. Thank you.

Overall inventory, service and payment options choices are exceptional! My bike did got twice as long as it should to get here. It seems like it cam all the way to my state from CA, and then it went back to CA, and then it came back here. So a shipment that should take one week, took two. Other than that, you guys rock!

Don’t waste your time ordering from this shady website.. ordered a bike last week never told me when it would be shipped or if if it had been tracking number was invalid called said it was processing called back today after a week because apparently I no longer have an account with them anymore weird huh? then they had the nerve to say they were out of stock wasn’t planning on telling me or anything oh and yeah you can’t call until 2 pm hopefully I see a refund soon.. should’ve known better with it only having very few reviews and their social media pages have been inactive since last year.

They collected my money at the point of purchase. With no updates on the bike's status I hunted down and contacted support to see where it was in the process. I was then told that my bike was overstocked and they would refund my money. This cost me the opportunity to get the same bike from a different vendor and kept my wallet lighter with nothing in return for it for over a week.
I do understand that these are tough times, but I should have been contacted and refunded long before I made my exploratory phone call.

The service was performed as promised and finally, I got my bike. There were a few days delay in delivering my bike due to some confusion about the phone number and email. The mechanic who assembled my bike did a nice job.

Customer service was bad. I had purchased a MTB and never got any info for tracking. I called numerous times and they always told me that they would either call me back with that info or email me. A month passed by and nothing, last time I called to check ( on a Thursday) they told
Me that my bike has been ready since Monday and that I should of gotten a notice for pick up. Communication is bad and very important which is why I’m giving them 2 stars.
