Started off great. Now, not so great.
My experience using topper started off great. Used it many times to make debit transfers with no issue. Now, I suddenly need to verify my identity with my DL. I have no problem doing that but my phone camera is cracked and will not take a clear photo. This means I can no longer use the service that I’ve previously enjoyed using.

Terrible
Applied and got the "Your account has been frozen.." message. Opend a customer service ticket and took several days for a response.
Email PingPong on that my name didnt match my ID., resend my ID, another email stating it didnt match... asked what name, another email...
Went to my account.. and my name matches my ID.
Resend them my ID and asked what name they had on account... more emails...
They replied with my correct name which corresponded to my ID.. emailed them and asked what the problem is..
They replied.. "were not satisfied and have terminated your account"
Stay Away from these guys... review the One Star ratings.. there real.
