I really felt the need to share this Top surveys is an app I truly recommend. I started doing the surveys just to see if I get paid. Now I do them every day so it covers my lunch. It’s a scam once you get more then $10 you suddenly can’t cash out and it’s all a technical error I have $50 and I’m trying to cash out to my PayPal and it’s not letting me and now I’m getting no reply’s to my request or emails anymore

New Cash Balance Policy
I've been dealing with TopSurveys for a while and while it has been a great experience completing surveys and playing games with them to get rewards, they have recently updated their direct bank ACH transfer requirements. Now instead of being able to cash out arbitrary amounts like $23.17 or $9.38, we have to wait until we at least have $10, $20, $50, and $100 to cash out. Also, with the games, we have to reach a certain amount for each specific game before we see the cash we've made to be applied to our total cash balance. I will continue to deal with TopSurveys, but their new direct bank ACH transfer policy isn't the best. I'm not sure why they're doing this now.

I've been falsely banned for 2 weeks for quote on quote "because of the quality of my answers"
How am I supposed to complete the surveys if I answer untruthfully?
This app is a scam, if it sees you earn more than 10 dollars they immediately ban you for a made up reason, also, all five star reviews are bot replies. Stay away.

Started out great. Incentives were decent but then after a couple cashouts suddenly the incentives are tiny and not worth the time. I suspect this was intentional to keep me there this long. Next time I cash out I'm closing my account. Survey's are not worth the time.

I am absolutely appalled by how TopSurvey treats loyal users. I spent nearly two months playing "MU: Dark Epoch" to reach level 318, strictly following all terms. The reward is 22.81 EUR.
When the automated tracking failed, I contacted support in good faith. I have exchanged ELEVEN (11) emails with them. I provided absolutely everything they asked for: 11 detailed screenshots and even a full video proof showcasing my in-game progress and ID.
After receiving bulletproof evidence, the support team completely ignored my files and sent a lazy, automated copy-paste template about "tracking issues". Requesting video evidence from a user only to ghost them with a bot reply is a deceptive and fraudulent business practice.
They are actively withholding rewards that users legally earned. I demand a manual credit of my 22.81 EUR immediately. Do NOT reply to this review with another automated template—fix my ticket.

Do not even use this site. In the beginning they were ok but if you play games and get to a big payout you will never get paid and I was in the middle of earning on a game and all the sudden they had to verify me which they said it takes 60 seconds so after verification they erased all the games and surveys and none are available however my husband's and my friends are just fine. I believe it's because I wrote another bad review on here before for them. They want you to earn for them and screw you in the end.
Update they have replied asking me to reach out to them however I did that last time just to be blown off again after a few days and the only contact is email

First off, I picked the $28.51 bonus today. I didn't think the large ones would ever go off however today I was extremely happy when proven wrong. I've been using top surveys for only 3 weeks and there is many redirects to longer surveys though it only happens on the short surveys it has rarely happened on the 15min + so I really wouldn't complain about that, do the long ones get the money. Cash outs have been fast within 10mins maximum. Gift cards and PayPal. So far so good. Would definitely recommend.

I had earned approximately $5 on…
I had earned approximately $5 on TopSurveys and attempted to withdraw my balance. The withdrawal failed with an error message. After that, my account was suddenly restricted and I was no longer able to complete any surveys.
I contacted support multiple times. The responses I received were generic and stated that the support team would contact me, but no actual solution has been provided. I also contacted them from another email address and received the same delaying responses.
At the moment, I cannot access surveys and I cannot withdraw the money I legitimately earned. The lack of communication and transparency is very disappointing.
If there is a genuine reason for the restriction, it should be clearly explained to users. Otherwise, it feels unfair to spend time completing surveys only to lose access when it is time to cash out.
I hope TopSurveys reviews my case and resolves this issue.

This company failed to compensate me…
This company failed to compensate me for money they owed me. I begged customer support to help and they refused. I provided screen shots of the game I downloaded and the level reached and they refused to acknowledge, and they all kept parroting the same thing , that it wasn’t tracked properly. Beware ..this happens often and they will not help you if your game fails to track with them and payment is not received. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Why have customer service at all if they don’t help in any way!

I completed a Casino Joy offer through Top Surveys and spent £40 in total. The offer didn’t track, despite me following the requirements and providing proof of my activity.
After going back and forth with support, I received what looked like copy-and-paste responses repeating that the offer “did not track successfully” they admitted it was their fault but they could not verify my activity. The responses felt automated and didn’t properly address the evidence I had provided.
I was eventually given a £10 goodwill credit, but that still left me out of pocket due to an issue that was completely outside of my control.
The most concerning part is that if their tracking system fails, they seem unable or unwilling to properly investigate completed offers, meaning the user carries the risk. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious about spending money on any paid offers through this platform.

I completed the Word Quest $4 offer before reinstalling the app. After reinstall, the game disappeared and TopSurveys support says there’s no record in their system. I gave my email for recheck but they still refused to credit. I have chat screenshots as proof. Please fix this.
