Disappointed
I purchased two separate top up cards with this company. They told me that I couldn't top up as I was on a monthly contract. I asked them to return the money that I paid, & haven't heard anything.

Regarding the first Top-Up Voucher you purchased, it was a Lebara Top-Up Voucher. You confirmed that this was purchased by mistake, as you intended to buy a Vodafone Top-Up instead. After purchasing the Vodafone Top-Up, you mentioned that you weren't able to use it.
We reached out to the mobile carrier, and they confirmed that your mobile number is on a monthly contract, which is why you weren't able to top up using a Top-Up Voucher.
Please note that we provide Pay As You Go Top-Ups, and we do not handle contracts or monthly subscriptions. These are managed directly by the mobile carrier. The Top-Up Vouchers themselves are valid and should work for Pay As You Go accounts, so there is no issue with the vouchers. Top-Up Vouchers are issued immediately when an order is placed and, unfortunately, cannot be cancelled.
