All of the 5-star reviews must be fake. The company denied my redemption then implemented an impossible playthrough requirement that their agents refuse to explain. They will send you numbers that are not accurate and do not represent actual playthrough requirements. They will not explain these numbers. They have devolved into a straight scam. There is no way to win.

Only giving them 2 stars cause they let me redeem gift cards totaling $100 AFTER playing through 24K in sc to meet their ridiculous playthrough amount. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAM!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY OF THE BONUS SC PACKAGES OR CLAIM ANY EXTRA SC PRIZES. They will add a ridiculous amount of play through requirement that seems impossible.also gave me the run around with no solution to linking my bank account!

I would like to echo what the other commenters are saying. I played through over 300 SC and made a withdrawal after meeting the playthrough requirement. ToraTora denied my withdrawal. I asked why, and they said I had to play through another 300 SC After spending over 100 SC, I notice the playthrough requirement moved only about 0.87 SC. This makes absolutely no sense. They reverted from what their initial playthrough indicated, and now playthrough seems impossible. DO NOT PLAY HERE!

I had made 3 previous coin/sc purchases on this platform and upon scamming u having a threshold of more then 100 % on your total sc purchases. Then I was lucky enough to go over there threshold and winning $148. Upon verification process, system failed me. I contacted support and that failed verification was final, no support on seeing how to solve the issue. So results were I couldn't get verified couldn't redeem my winnings and they did not want to refund me for my three different package purchases.
Beware they pretty much stold from me, and would not help to solve this issue reasonably. They stold My money they'll still yours too. FACTS!

The title says it all. They nerfed their bonuses so hard that they now require at least 5-10x playthroughs, and in many (most?) cases more. In fact, customer service stated that there is no precise way to even know the exact playthrough requirement! They said it depends on the game type and other variables, but is "at least 5-10x". AND they made this retroactive to bonuses earned before this system was in place, which is very sleazy. As a new site, Toratora simply will not attract new players with this playthrough rule and they will bleed into extinction.
