Terrible site, I bought a 10 dollar pack which gave me 20 SC and wagered over 1100, yes 1100 and I'm still not able to redeem anything. I have unlocked 28 SC with this play amount and the minimum amount to redeem is 50 dollars. So, over 50x wagered and can not redeem still, pretty ridiculous. All these positive reviews have to be bots or have not tried cashing out. STAY AWAY

Update: Have now wagered 4000 dollars and only 64 dollars is able to be redeemed. Seriously, stay far away.

So far they've been helpful and responsive in timely fashion. They have nothing but good reviews everywhere.

In my 20 years of gambling, never have I encountered another casino more deceiving and fraudulent than ToraTora casino. If you value transparency and fair play, look elsewhere. If you want a game that treats you as a revenue source rather than a player, this might scratch the itch. If I was to give a grade to their customer service, they would have an F+.

It is a great site

They give out bonuses that seem awesome until you realize there is a x500 playthough requirement for every bonus you receive. So for every $1 bonus they give you, you gotta play through $500. They trick you into thinking they are a regular casino and give you the false impression that you can sign up, win, and cashout what you win. But that is simply not the case. You don't get to cash out the SC you actually won. You only get to redeem your winnings you get back from the RTP% of a game. Won over $8,000 but was they would only allow me to redeem $222 because that's the amount of RTP% winnings I earned supposedly.. if i was able to upload images I would upload screenshot of conversations with an agent to confirm this.
