I used Torro to fund my start up and they really delivered. I hadn’t heard of the process before but Marcus walked me through it and I was able to get everything I need in a few days. It does take a little longer than traditional loans I have gotten before, but the communication was good am it all went perfectly .

I have decided to update my review. I originally rated this business very low because of not receiving any communication from them however, Rick reached out to me and went over lots of great information and showed where the ball was dropped as my current email address had not been updated. Rick provided great information of how I can move forward with Funding and I am grateful for the time he took to check to see why I had originally scored them low that shows care for their business and for the customer. Once I straighten out a few things, I will definitely reach back out to Torro to get funded.

if I give them a zero I would You do not talk to people like they're dumb or an animal and I was just talk to like I had no sense of running a business I have been doing this for 20 years and I'm starting all over again what I did not appreciate was this a****** name Rick who wanted to talk down to me Don't talk down to me it's unnecessary first you lied then you sat up got my hopes build up only to sit up and try to talk down to me All you had to do was say you could not help me Even if I were approved I would not take up with this company I am basically letting every black female entrepreneur Go somewhere else

Adam was great to deal with very responsive and informative. I would definitely have a pleasure dealing with him again and recommend new customers to have dealings with him because he does great on painting the whole picture for a customer to understand everything.

The website seemed like a great experience with everything they needed upfront. In the end, they tried to sell me a website because they said I didn't have an online presence.

I made a phone call to the company and the phone rang and rang. It would break in every once in a while, saying the line was being recorded. And then finally someone answered. They spoke English, but I couldn't understand what the hell they were talking about. I would say something and then there would be a long pause. They would answer, but not in a normal conversation that I expected. I ended up hanging up on them due to lack of good communication.

Richard was great to work with—quick, responsive, and really knowledgeable. He did a great job walking me through my options and making sure I understood everything. He offered solid solutions and helped me land on something that truly works for my situation. Highly recommend!

Don’t deal with this company for many bad reasons. Do not and I repeat do not give them your person information they won’t even contact you back after you give them all your information you have to track them down…
