Filled out half the application, stopped when they said they were going to pull credit, didn't specify if it would be a hard or soft pull. I contacted the chat support, no reply. Called them, no one was there, so I assumed they were out of business, so I closed the tab and left.

They are extremely aggressive, and intimidating in the way they communicate. Instead of acting professionally, they harass people for money, pressure you constantly, and try to shame customers into paying by leaving negative reviews and talking badly on social media. That alone says everything about how they operate.

Their behavior is completely unprofessional and unethical. Rather than working with you or communicating respectfully, they resort to bullying and spreading negativity on social media if you don’t immediately comply with their demands. Especially Taylor, she is extremely awful—very unprofessional, dismissive, and clearly unprepared to handle her role properly. The lack of basic professionalism and respect was shocking.

I strongly recommend being extremely cautious. Honestly, don’t even consider doing business with this company unless you’re ready to deal with harassment and hostility instead of professionalism.
