I wouldn't even give these guys a 1 they suck horrible the person took my info and told me I had an offer and set a time for me to talk to the underwriter nothing but a lie and bs tried to sell me business credit build up and s bunch of other crap when they advertise they said they go as low as 400 I had 561 which I know is not good but don't advertise false hope

Caution.....Do yourself a BIG favor and go somewhere else. What a shame of the process and service, completely humiliating!!!
They call me every day and offer me various programs and promise that they have programs for all types of loans regardless of credit history and indebtedness and so they call every day for a couple of months until they persuade you to fill out a loan application and after that they charge some kind of fees via card.I explain to them the whole picture of my credit in advance so that l don't want to waste anyone's time and ask them if they don't have a program so that they don't waste my time and charge fees for nothing, but they confidently claim that they have all the programs and that they can definitely help based on everything mentioned, just to persuade you to fill out a credit application and pay fees. After that they tell you to wait to hear from them and their underwriting. And after that you are called by an underwriting Peter who has no basic respect for the client and who unkindly humiliates you and simply hangs up on you. I try to call him back, but he texts me that he's booked for the rest of the day.
I’ve been in customer service about 25 years and this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional.Totally unfair.

Professional conduct. Respect is non-negotiable. If any team member fell short, we will coach and take corrective action.
