It's a scam. They asked for my on line banking login and passwords. major red flag!!! Do not give them your info or sign any documents they send you from AVENT. Jorge Charon is an arrogant, nasty individual who will try to push you right into there scam
*** responding to Torro*** Honest lending institutions (Private or traditional banking) will never ask you for login/ password information. Law Enforcement organizations and the Banking Community warn of these practices as you have zero recourse once they access your accounts. This is a unrecommended practice that is utilized by scammers. Bottom line I was harassed all day today by representatives of Torro who flip flopped on their stories. I stand by my review. Best advise..Move on..

This review is completely inaccurate. Torro Funding never asked Michael for his online banking login or password. We brokered his file to Vader Mountain Capital, a private equity funder. Their standard contracts—like all merchant cash advance agreements—do include bank login access only in the event of default, which is industry standard and disclosed clearly in writing.
As for the mention of "Avent"—Torro has no affiliation with any company by that name. We exclusively use DocuSign for all document execution.
Lastly, calling out Jorge Charon by name with personal insults doesn't make your review valid. If you have a legitimate concern, we’re available to address it professionally. Otherwise, spreading misinformation helps no one.

I first started searching for business capital through an SBA platform, which couldn't offer me much; but through the process of exploring options, I came across Torro Funding, and connected with Devon and Jeff. First of all, these guys are super enthusiastic, and, as they like to say, promise small and deliver big, which is exactly what they did. They took time to explain the process and make sure I fully understood how it works. They made it easy, delivered quickly, and even then, followed up once the process was complete. Something else I'd like to mention is that Devon and Jeff actually work together very well, which is the stuff that good companies are made of. Two thumbs up if you're looking for liquidity in a reasonably short amount of time and for really fair pricing. I'm definitely in a great position now to make my next moves! Thanks, Devon and Jeff!
