Absolute scam! Signed up in error in 2023 and sent email before renewal to ask for cancellation as when I signed into account it just showed a load of rubbish. Of course they have a debit card and just invoiced me £119.00!!!
Will now have to cancel the debit card as they don't answer emails either.

I recently had a trial with a total ad block and I canceled on their app 5 to 6 days before it ended and they automatically tried to hit my bank account again which sent me into over draft protection when I tried to tell them about it they didn't seem to care but why did they try to charge me again watch this company that and total AV.. both very difficult to cancel they won't take no for an answer and you'll get nothing but grief over your payments. And total AV leave BOTS in your computer and your phone which will pop up whenever you're doing something else and say come on back will give you a good deal.... BAD BUSINESS

Borderline fraud. They let you sign up for a monthly charge, but then when you go to the same page to cancel, the link is dead. And, whatever you do, don't sign up with a debit card, because they won't let you cancel because it's like cash.

This company is close to criminal.
I renewed for what I thought was about €3 but they took €39 from my Paypal account.
There is no option to contact them.

Corrupt lowlife company, that makes it hard to cancel, I cancelled age's ago, and because they're trying to rip me off I can't use my bank account because of fraud alert, please do not trust this awful company

Terrible, they trick you into thinking you are paying a one-time fee of $1 but it actually a monthly subscription. THEN JUST TRY AND CANCEL.

Took the money from my account, did not supply promised goods. The company does not exist.There is no way to contact company. i have tried the phone number supplied and it is not connected and the email address also is not reachable. They must be exposed.

This company is appaling, if you load their software and then decide you dont wat to pay for pop up protection your computor becomes almost unusable.
They completely bombard your screen with their pop up advertising.
This company should be shut down.

DO NOT fall for their claims to block unwanted pop-up adds from your computer or laptop! If I could give this company a MINUS 10 I would. NOTHING but a scam! AND forget about their customer service!

You'll NEVVVVAAAA have contact with the same person! I had to go through a David, Naomi, Gia, Shirley, and Russell! WITH NO RESOLUTION!

They have only one review with one star, the profile shows 3 stars today, but they have advertised on their website that they have 4.5 stars, which could never have happened @Trustpilot please take note and block them from your domain.

Really not impressed with this lot, first of all I have not recollection of subscribing secondly, why subscribe and pay for sometyhing I already get free of charge thirdly, I can't find it on any of my devices which draws me to the conclusion that I don't have it, so why am I paying for it - the first payment £3.95, 2nd payment £9.59 then £9.95 I can see a patern here so I have contacted the them and all I get in return is an automated message stating how wonderful their product is, so no Im not impressed
