garden Markee

Our marker arrived very promptly and the speed of delivery was fantastic!! My husband soon realised that the box had been taped up on top, when he removed the tape, there was a large part of the box missing and the poles were all damaged, fair play total gardens said they would send another one out ( which is great) however I emailed the sales guy Simon Taylor and explained that I was disappointed that there had been no apology for the inconvenience and I was still being charged for the next day delivery? And that we had no explanation as to how it happened, Simon told me that I was being unreasonable and that he was going to refund my account and not send the Markee!!!😞 total gardens was aware that we needed this Markee for our wedding renewals on the weekend, but as Simon thought it was unreasonable for me to query how it happened and why I should still pay next day, ha took it upon himself to not send it!!😞 myself and my husband have been left totally shocked and let down? Take a look at the other reviews on here and facebook, its funny how total gardens only seem to have issues with people who need to return defective or unsuitable products? Only order of total gardens if you can be 100% sure that its not gonna need to go back!!!! Its Wednesday and we have to find a replacement marker by Saturday! How could anyone be so cruel? Just for questioning the next day I paid and the reason why?

Here are the facts of the case:

1. Customer purchased goods on Sunday at 13.27pm with express shipping for delivery on Tuesday.

2. Goods were delivered at 9.01am on the Tuesday.

3. Customer contacted us through our enquiry system at 18:36pm to advise the item was damaged on delivery.

4. We responded at 21:37pm on the same evening asking for photos and apologising for the damage.

5. Photos were received asap and we confirmed a replacment item would be despatched immediately for delivery the next day as they had a wedding on Saturday.

6. We then received an email from the customer to asy they were not happy with the level of our customer service so we refunded in full.

We believe the customer service response and service times were extremely good and we are sorry you felt otherwise on this occasion.

Cheap and happy with product in general

Good and cheap product, doe's the job, door didn't fit though, I had to make a modification, also as the weather has changed, the door has bowed out slightly, leaving a gap.

Good,but after service a little lacking.

I ordered some garden pruducts for a small garden party,the dart set set broke a few flights within the first half hour. I contacted Total Gardens to let them know my disappointment and was promised some new darts and that was the last I heard from Total Gardens.

Excellent Service.

I purchased an item from total gardens, delivery was very quick. Customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend and would buy from them again.
