I ordered in October 2022 and was charged straight away for the product then they added the total health cleanse which I did not want I was charged nearly $500 for the products contacted them straight away and canceled the subscription I was apparently in to only receive back automated responses then I went with if I get my products that’s fine they charged my card once more and still have not received any products I still email every now and then and get generic response with terms and conditions which when read says if you do not receive within 10 days (international 21) you will receive a complete refund and can keep the products when they arrive.
Well I have not gotten either.

Rip Off merchants…

I ordered online 2 bottles of Keto Gummies which was offered as 'order two and get one free' totalling A$249.58 on 30/10/22. An order confirmation came back which included an order for Total Health Cleanse which I did not order. The charge was US$93.60 which appeared on my credit card as A$146.55. I attempted to contact totalhealthboost to inform them that I did not order the Cleanse product. This was ignored. The only product received was one bottle of Keto Gummies and two Cleanse bottles which I did not order. After realizing this was a scam (mistake at best) I cancelled my credit card as the above charges came through from centralsiteapi.com. A further charge came through on my new credit card A$140.06 which has no relevance to any of the above. How they were able to put a charge through on a new credit can't be explained. These people should be charged with illegal and deceptive conduct based on their unwillingness to respond to disputed orders and not supplying the quantities paid for. Fortunately our bank has treated this as a scam and has refunded the bulk of the three amounts charged on my credit card.

Feels like a fraud

I don’t even recall signing up to this, but I am being sent capsules I don’t want and I can’t stop them charging me. Apparently I signed up for some ‘exclusive membership’. There is no number to call to ensure I know that I am no longer being charged and the email replies I’m getting don’t answer my questions about stopping my ‘automatic’ membership. I also think the products do nothing.

TOTALHEALTHBOOST - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have been sent a bottle of Pure Plus Cleanse which I never ordered. Can't find them on my bank statement as they don't debit using the name Totalhealthboost. So I am going to change my bank card so they don't have details. I learnt this from someone who reported another scam.
I have contacted the company about 6 times but they must have an automated response as each time they just keep asking for the name of the product, which I give them every time.
Pure Plus is just full of caffeine in different herbs and caffeine itself. It's supposed to be a weight loss product that I never ordered. I also tried to contact them on info at totalhealthboost dot com but the email couldn't be delivered.

A total scam. No products arrived. Numerous e mails to them with complaints that no product arrived I just kept getting an automated reply.
They have taken £179.96 of my hard earned cash.
I should have known better .

would like to give no stars

I would like to give no stars. This company are subscription scammers. You think you are buying a one off product for £35 and they charge credit card for £174.48 + £54.96 on a recurring payment. I hope they rot in hell. Or maybe that's to good for them.

Do NOT buy from this company it is a scam.
I stupidly bought their Keto gummies for what I thought was £35 and they took ££179 plus another £45.
When I tried to ring the number is unobtainable.
I emailed to ask what they money was for and they said shipping and handling as per their terms and conditions. It doesn’t say how much for though in the Ts and Cs!
I rang the bank who said I had authorised Total boost to take money but they put a block on the company.
I am hopping mad
