Formal Complaint – Repeated Errors and Mismanagement of Order (Ref: Q66875293-1)

URGENT COMPLAINT – Immediate Escalation Required (Ref: Q66875293-1)
I’m extremely frustrated with how this has been handled by Harry Ramshaw and I need this escalated immediately.

This has been going back and forth for days with repeated mistakes — wrong sample sent, wrong colour quoted, multiple incorrect quotations, and my logo being modified despite me clearly stating several times that it must not be changed.

I have repeated the same instructions across multiple emails, yet it feels like they are not being properly read or followed. This is a very straightforward order, and it should not have reached this level of confusion and delay.

You can review the full email history with Harry Ramshaw — all the details and corrections have been clearly outlined multiple times. I have also raised my concerns and frustration during phone conversations on several occasions.

I urgently need these pens, and this situation has already wasted a significant amount of my time.

Please reassign this to someone else and resolve it properly today.

All I need is the correct pen in grey, our logo used exactly as provided — this same logo has been used on multiple previous pen orders without any issues — and a correct quote so we can proceed immediately.

If this cannot be resolved today, I will have no choice but to move this order elsewhere.

Please confirm as soon as possible.

Terrible Customer Service and no product 2 months on

Incredibly disappointed with Totally Branded. Following initially great service with the design and quote for our badge everything just started to go wrong after that. Our treasurer asked for payment terms as we are a charity and he didn't feel we should have to pay 100% of a large order upfront. They agreed to allow us to set up and account which would give us 30 days before payment was required and the order should be with us by then so the risk to us was reduced. The deal was we had to fill out the paperwork and set it up immediately to avoid delaying production which we did promptly and had confirmation that it was all done and our order was sent to production with a 4 week timescale. Just over 4 weeks later I received a courtesy call to ask if I had received our order - I had not and I asked if she could look into it and let me know when they would be arriving. 2 days later I had not heard back from the company but i received and automated email telling me full payment had been taken and our order would now be processed for production - ready in 4 weeks time! I emailed to complain and was told 'yeah sorry our mistake' I said I wished to make a formal complaint as we had already missed two large events at which we would have had opportunity to market our product and I was told it would be escalated to a manager who would respond. Two days later no response so I emailed again asking for a response and I received an email from a manager saying yes it was their fault they were sorry and they had expedited my order to express delivery and would give me 10% off my next one. I asked what my new delivery date would be for the express delivery and was told it was the same as the one I had already been given on the automated e-mail ... so absolute lies as the expediting hadn't been done by then but didn't make any difference so I called them out on their lies, waited another two days, complained again as I didn't get a response and when I eventually did I was told we would get £25 discount which would be knocked off my invoice. I pointed out that as I had already paid in full this wouldn't help and I needed it refunding and received a second email saying 'yeah no problem I will knock it off the invoice' then in response to my third email explaining again that we had already paid in full I received another that said 'okay sure, I'll check with my accounts team and get back to you ' ... which they doubtless never will and if I will ever see my badges, my £25 or the several hundreds of pounds I paid for my order again who knows. My advice to all is AVOID this company

Following on from our phone conversation and doing some further investigation with you, we understand and automated email had been sent confirming payment but after both looking into this we came to the conclusion no payment was made so it was great to clear that up.

We also acknowledge the timeframe from order to deliver is not as promised due to the internal system error but we have come to the conclusion to offer yourself £100 discount on the new invoice set up today.

Your order is now being prioritised, and we are currently awaiting a confirmed expedited delivery date from production, which we will share with you as soon as possible.

We sincerely apologise for the overall experience and the loss of confidence this has caused. We are reviewing this internally to ensure improvements are made, particularly around communication and order handling.

Smooth from start to finish

Great experience. I ordered 500 stress balls at a very competitive price, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. The artwork team was excellent - super responsive and happy to make a small amendment to get my design just right. Delivery was also impressively quick and arrived exactly within Mon–Fri office hours, which was perfect as I had it sent to the office.

Great company

Nathan was brilliant - we kept changing the artwork and the quote, and he was very accommodating and patient. Delivery was quick and everything was very fairly priced. Would definitely use Totally Branded again in the future.
