Hung up on by a rude person called Charlotte and when trying to complain to "Customer Services" Matan told me he cannot progress a complaint becasue of an NDA they had with the company I was calling. He also hung up on me mid-sentence. Then called me later that day to harrass me further. They will hurt your business and be rude to your clients!
