They don't seem to care about losing a long standing customer
This is regarding totalmobile.co.uk using their old connect solution. About a 200% price hike and signing a 3 year contract at short notice, as yet they're not willing to negotiate on that nor offer us any incentives, in fact their communications on this sound more like demands. Of course they can charge what they like but it's hardly a way to retain a long standing low maintenance customer. Not a good way to do business.
