Did not receive my package!
I've purchased part for my car.
Autoham put wrong name on shipping label, did not write my Unit number and sent it with all the wrong information. Of course I did not receive it.
Autoham refused to refund me because they delivered to "the right address", which is not true. My building has hundreds of units. Without unit name and wrong recipient name, how could I get my parcel?!
They don't answer my emails. Horrible customer service. I lost my money!
