Reduce packaging please!
Can't fault the ease of placing the online order and fast delivery. Thank you for that.
However the amount of packaging .... Massive box and both paper and plastic internal stuffing.... is absolutely excessive and you must look at that in your operation. The product purchased is hard plastic so this level of packaging was unwarranted.
Plus I now have to pay another 6 euro for an additional green recycling lift!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback for us and letting us know the ease in which you ordered your product and the fast delivery. Unfortunately, we have had to take extra packaging measures for products due to the way parcels often get handled and damaged during transportation. We feel that a constant flow of returned items that have been damaged in transit to our customers, would only increase our carbon footprint more as we would end up having the same product shipped twice, once to yourself and once more as a return and then we would have to possibly send a replacement item thereafter which causes an even greater carbon footprint. We understand that this is not ideal, but we do not have much control over how your package is handled whilst in transit.

I was charged in excess of €8 for a package that came from Galway, I brought the package to the local Post Office where it was weighed and I was told that the max price for p/p was €6.20. My purchase was fine, the extra costs of Vat and P/P is ridiculous.

Regarding your shipping concerns, the shipping on our site is adjusted to 1 flat rate shipping fee across the board for the whole of Ireland which meets the industry average. I actually still haven't received the delivery.
GLS just seems to be unable to deliver or even make contact.
The first delivery in November was pretty much the same. I had the delivery after 11 days.
Very disappointed.
