I spend hrs trying to reach a live agent only to be connected to someone that I can't understand but don't worry Mr. AI will hang up on me again and again...I'm just trying to pay my bill

Great customer service on 35th

I went in to pay my bill at 35th Ave & Glendale. The person helping me was Haris who normally works at 2700 W Baseline Rd. Boy, I hit the jackpot by speaking with him. I’m trying to get a new phone and he gave my solid deal.

Haris was amazing! He helped me for over 2 hours and he was wonderful. I am so glad he came to this store today. It’s hard to find good helpful friendly and excellent service these days. I really appreciate him-please keep him and let him transfer to the store on 35th for my sake (lol)!!

Thanks for all your help Haris. It was great working with you.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Total…

I am extremely dissatisfied with Total Wireless Home Internet service.

Since I started the service approximately one year ago, I have been paying $60 per month (discounted to $50 with AutoPay), in addition to having invested $120 in the router and the Home WiFi service activation fees. However, the internet quality has been completely inconsistent and unreliable.

I have called customer service multiple times, sometimes even twice within the same month, reporting the same connectivity issues. The only “solution” they offer is to restart the router or request technical information, but this never resolves the underlying problem.

Additionally, when I signed up for the service, I was assured that my address had good coverage with their network. This is clearly not true, as the connection is constantly unstable.

What is most frustrating is the complete lack of compensation for these ongoing issues. Despite months of poor service, they have never offered any meaningful credit or discount. The only option they provided was to refund the most recent payment, which is insufficient considering the time and money I have lost.

To make matters worse, they also failed to honor a payment extension that had been previously promised to me. I was told that the payment would be extended from March 28 to March 31, yet the automatic charge was still processed ahead of time.

In summary, this is an unreliable service with repetitive and ineffective customer support, and a complete lack of accountability toward the customer. I do not recommend it at all.

Customer Service Blows

Customer Service Blows. They kept charging me for 2 months after I unactivated my device. Called Customer Service to get a refund. What I learned is they stall you on the phone purposely so that you get frustrated and hang up so they don't have to refund you. I contacted the BBB. There are numerous complaints filed with them over this practice. They had me on the phone over an hour and a half for a refund. They took the money out of my account no problem and wanna refund me via a check. Wtf. Don't use this Company they are horrible. Worst in the country. See You in Court Total Wireless!!!!

Total wireless is the worst

If you’re thinking about switching to Total Wireless, think twice. I’ve been with them for over two and a half years, and I can honestly say their customer service is some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.
My phone has gone into SOS mode more times than I can count and not just mine, but other lines on my account too. Every time I reach out, I’m told my account is “broken” and that they’ll fix it… but nothing ever gets resolved.
What makes it worse is how they treat customers. Calls get dropped, representatives hang up on you, and there’s zero accountability. It feels like no one actually cares about helping you.
Sure, you might save a few dollars on your bill but be ready for constant headaches, stress, and unreliable support. That “cheap” service comes at a cost.
The final straw for me? I landed at an airport after traveling to another state, and my phone suddenly went into SOS mode. No service. No way to call anyone. Completely stranded all because my line was randomly disrupted.
That’s unacceptable.
Bottom line: this company will disappoint you when you need them the most.

Total wireless

This is me, Timothy Perez. I got a phone through total wireless 2 weeks ago. They banned my account and restricted me from using my services. Because they said that I violated their terms of agreement for making long calls when they technically have that package plus I have technically unlimited calls and text, and they said that I violated the terms of agreement when they have international calling included saying that I made more than hours of calling when technically I didn't violated nothing but talking to my wife on the phone. How is it a violation when you have unlimited calls?Top of that, they have international calling. When I just have this phone for 2 weeks i recommend customers do not go with total wireless. They are very terrible customer service bands.Customers just for being on the phone, long distance calls, and you only have to have on the call for certain amount of hours. And if you're on it more than four hours , they restrict you account , that is very bullshit i Am very unsatisfied with customer service i just got my account suspended today. In customer support say that they they cannot uplift my account. It's automatically triggers a red flag and suspend my account, but it's such a lie because when it includes a package, you should be able to call to the Philippines with no problems to any destination as long as you want to talk on the phone because you have unlimited talk and text and plus you have the package included So if anybody wants to go with total wireless do not go with them. They are terrible even if they're packages are cheap.I am a very unsatisfied customer.Because I got my account.Shut off my service shut off

Literally the worst phone company I…

Literally the worst phone company I have every had. The Customer service makes me want to throw up in a hole and rip all of my hair out. they are all from India getting paid 20 cents an hour. Yes it uses Verizon's network but its not worth having to deal with customer service. there is always something going wrong, they can never help you. it takes up at least 2 hours of your day for them to help you with something. I cant believe I have delt with them as long as I have. Go with any other phone company. It will save you the stress.

Their Internet Wasn't Working

I went early; the only customer. They inputted and photographed my personal cards, including my CDL. I received the requisite email confirmations. Then their Internet wasn't working. I was told to return in 20 minutes. I called first several times and the phone was never answered. It looks like I'm stuck with my same service, Visible, which is not reliable in my area and certainly not 5G. I'm mainly concerned about them photographing and inputting my personal information.

Beware and be prepared for many headaches

Service is fine, that’s the only good thing I can say about total wireless. I transferred 4 lines from Xfinity. $100 less. Complete disaster to switch 4 lines. Disaster. Hours on the phone and online chat with both total and Xfinity. Finally things were good. A month later when the bill came due I found that one line was put on its own account somehow. So, I call and was told they cannot put the number with the other three because it’s an active line and I should wait 3 days for the line to cancel due to non payment and then call and they can add it with the other three lines. Fast forward to today, I spent one hour and 20 minutes basically on hold and they were still unable to move the line due to technical issues. Furthermore the system is not letting them turn the phone back on until they fix whatever issue. So they created 2 help tickets for technical support to add the line with the other 3 and to turn survice on the phone I guess. Now I have to wait 48 hours and my son has no phone in the meantime. This is absolutely stupid. 100%. An hour and 20 minutes on the phone and nothing was done. Is this going to be fixed in 48 hours? I don’t have much hope. I may look into other companies to switch to again. Nightmare.

I get total Wireless review of you think you're better than me but rally you're better than nothing you are the ones that are scum!! Avoid them unless you really really want to be neglected broke!!

First off I would give him less than one star but because I can't on this site I'm going to leave it there. This isn’t something that just happened overnight—this has been going on since the first week I got the phone. I’ve been dealing with this and resetting my phone for a year now. Total Wireless has been super frustrating. The call drops, the data cuts out constantly, and even when I have full bars, it’s just so unreliable. I can’t rely on it for anything, and I’m really over it. And on top of all that, the customer service is a joke. They don’t care at all—they treat you like just another cash cow. They won't even listen to your issues, and they act like they're above us. Total Wireless is no one's favorite. If you’re thinking about going there, think hard and long before you waste your hard-earned money—or, you know what, it’s not even worth your dignity to even try. Honestly if I knew I was going to go through all this trouble over the past six seven months with these people I would have just rather shot myself in the foot and been stuck up in the hospital trying to reinvent the goddamn phone system myself! Avoid total Wireless at all costs unless you're down to spend pointless money by crap phone to get treated like a piece of dirt!!

I encountered a technical issue with…

I encountered a technical issue with redeeming my rewards points for use in purchasing a phone on the website. After 1 chat, 3 phone calls, 2 of which were dropped, I received a returned call from Verizon support. They provided me with codes which I originally tried using. My attempt to get them to increse my redemption reward at a courtesy for the inconvenience, they said no. Their customer service is lousy! It's the year 2026 yet it takes an hour on the phone with them to resolve 1 problem. I dread calling them because of that and the tendency for customer calls to be dropped for no reason.
